I understand COVID has taken over our world and affects a lot of things day in and day out. Trust me, I run a business, I know. But I am 1 month in to my claim with this place and I have spoken to 1 person 1 time. I can t get anyone to answer the phone. I can t get anyone to call me back after I have left numerous voicemails. I ve even contacted the supervisors extension and left voicemails there. Nothing to show AT ALL. Awful customer service. Have never had this struggle with any other insurance agency ever.
