I made the mistake of buying 3 watches. 2 IWC and 1 Breitling.
The technical service is appalling as is the customer management.
Wear one of the IWC with order No. 37985 with the broken clasp for repair. They told me 10 weeks (Peace and Science) at week 14 I went to GyG after they didn't answer my calls to tell me in week 15 that they didn't know when the spare arrived.
