Outstanding performance and results. Saved me in an emergency

Just an over all amazing experience! Called him in a panic after my computer got fried by a power surge. He sold a power source with an amazing and helpful attidude. I got home and realized it fried the mother board and CPU as well. I called him up and he ordered all the parts I needed and gave me awesome Intel on what was needed what would help and what was unnecessary and saved me a bunch.

Honestly I'd give this guy 6 stars if I could and have already recommended him to my computer friends!

When my laptop computer failed to start up, I called G Computer and was told I could bring it in right away. Chris could tell the problem immediately. He told me the hard drive was damaged and explained that he may or may not be able to retrieve what was on it, but that he would try. He said he would install a new solid state hard drive. The repair was done within less than 24 hours and when I went to pick up the computer he explained that the info on the old hard drive was not retrievable. The computer with the new hard drive has been working well since I got it back. In that time, he has called once and emailed once to follow up. I have a lot of confidence in recommending G Computer to anyone who needs a computer repair.

We have been using Chris at G. Computers for a few years now and are completely satisfied. When we have a problem, Chris can frequently access the computer remotely and efficiently identify and fix the problem. When necessary, he will come to our home to fix things. We really appreciate his accessibility, professionalism and friendliness. We would, and have, highly recommend him.

I recently took my desktop computer to G Computer to install a Windows 10 Operating System and transfer the files/data from my Windows 7 Operating System. They were very pleasant and accommodating, and I got my computer back that same day as promised. Everything on my old system was on my new system and worked perfectly as they assured me. The cost was much lower than I expected to pay!

Responsive, affordable, and very knowledgable. Our company has a remote employee that works from home in the Williamsburg area. The employee has been having trouble with their VoIP phone on our phone network from their home office. With no IT connections in the area, I turned to Google to try to find someone. I came across G Computer and decided to give them a call to see if they would be willing to send someone to her home and work with our network company to fix the issue. THE WERE GREAT! I've used them for a couple of years now to work on software glitches, email problems with ISP. I just purchased a new laptop from them and they copied all my files from old one to new. Chris was very helpful in making sure I didn't over-purchase a computer with things I don't need. Very quick response time. This company is a pleasure to work with.

I have been using G. Computers for many, many years and have always been thrilled with the service received. Their response time is practically immediate, with the ability to remotely log in to my network to fix issues. When problems are more complex, which of course does happen from time to time, G. Amazing response time and highest success rate of any IT company I've ever used.

I want to give kudos to G Computer in Williamsburg, VA. For sometime, my computer was very slow to boot-up as well as load programs and gain access to the internet. I thought that it was the settings on my computer or my computer's Internet connection. I took my computer to G Computer and I was told that the hard-drive in my computer was failing and that it needed a new hard-drive. My computer is less than six months old, and I was skeptical that it needed a new hard-drive so soon. The gentleman at G Computer convinced me that my computer needed a new hard-drive and suggested that he install a solid-state hard drive because it is much less prone to fail due to no working parts, and should the computer go kaput, it would just be a matter of changing the solid-state hard-drive from it to a new computer. The solid-state hard drive was less than $150 for 1TB, and so I opted for that. Well... when I got my computer back home...OMG(oodness). It was moving at lightning speed in booting-up, opening programs, accessing the Internet, moving from web address, etc. It is like night and day. And so, i want to give kudos to G Computer for their expertise and their customer service and recommend to anyone who is looing for an honest computer shop with experienced professionals working there to call G Computer with any computer issues that s/he might have.

This is a recommendation for computer support in and around the Williamsburg, VA, area. I am a 70 year old computer dummy and I have found what I consider to be the best support ever. I am recommending G Computer For years my computer support consisted of calling an 800 number and speaking with someone in a foreign country; I could not understand them and had to call back at least three or four times to get someone I could understand this is not just my problem, many others experience the same. Finally a friend suggested G Computers and I called them and have been with them for many years. Here is what G Computers provides: if you call them, they will call you back, usually the same day, and guess what, you can understand them; if you email them, they are back to you in less than two days, usually one. I have asked Chris a number of really dumb questions over the years and he is very professional and answers them all. I even went to his office a few times for help and he most accommodating. He does a yearly update where he will remotely go through your computer and get rid of all the trash and junk and make sure you are security safe. This company is for real, shoot them an email. This is one very pleased retired Air Force colonel.
