Comfortable hotel, clean, soft bed, affordable price.

04/20/2018 is being renovated, at the reception you can ask for a set of dishes for cooking

It's not a 4 stars hotel. Maybe 3 stars. Small rooms, slow wifi and need reconect every time you come back in hotel room.Low english for reception guys.

Stuff has big problems with english. Strange breakfasts. Slow internet. Good cleaning, very good tom kha, and the rooms are clean and nice.

I totally recommend this place and would give it 5 stars except they elude to having a pool, but in reality there is no pool. The studio was clean and everything was updated. They have a nice waiting area and it is a gated community. There is a brand new 7-11 right in the area and you do have to actually walk to Bangla Road, but I don t like staying in that area anyways.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, powerful Conder, decent bathroom, balcony overlooking the mosque.

Good n neat hotel near to Bangla road and can easily get Tuk Tuk any time.

Air-conditioned room very clean and cleaned every day with change of sheets and towels

Until Patong Bay Residence 2 is completed the place is very basic. No gym, pool, business centre or laundry. There is a restaurant on premises but I did not try it. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Patong beach and 20 min walk to Bangla road. If the price is right then it is a good place to stay. Staff are friendly and try to help where they can.

Was very impressed by level of cleanliness and the high standard of the properties. So much nicer inside than outside. Easy access to town and beach

This is not a FAMILY HOTEL. There is a massage parlour (BROTHEL) called ANGELS. This Brothel has opened up in the breakfast hall. Hence no breakfast area. If you are ok with the sight of semi naked girls coming and going out of the elevator with customers after of before the personal service. Then all is good. The difficulty is trying to explain your 11yo what is going on. I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILIES. If your single, boys trip, this is a job done hotel. My stay at the hotel was from 12/21 July 2019.

Great hotel, worth their money definitely, even more! Rest here is not the first time. Nice staff, pool, buffet. Only good emotions.

Every day they cleaned it up.
It had a nice living room with Smart TV and a kitchen and a sofa.
The bathroom was breathtaking ..
And the bed very soft and comfortable. Only one had chosen a big double and eventually they were only two. But it was again a joy.
Staff courteous and also their breakfast though almost the same every day was very tasty and cute.

Room was pretty small for a family, but with great interiors. Food was great with lot of verity for breakfast. Pool was neat

The hotel is fresh, neat, has a good pool. The rooms are cleaned daily, high quality. There is a rooftop area where you can sit in the evening and admire the city.

Whew, I could stay here forever! The A/C is powerful! The rooms are exceptional, the breakfast.. tasty and fresh!

The staff is VERY friendly, mama Tony, Fabe, And, and I love you. This hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

I spent a 2 week stay in this Hotel, I am satisfied with the staff English remains a fairly difficult language for this hotel, it is sometimes difficult to succeed in being understood.
Regarding the setting it is quite simple, close to the center 15 min on foot, hygiene side nothing to say the service too.
I recommend this hotel, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Is a row project in Patong. The room is not very big, beautiful interior and just 800 meters from Patong Beach.

I stayed here for 10 days. At the time of this review it was a night rate of $24 plus 6 more for two person breakfast. The pros - Great price for the room. Small kitchen in the room was nice to have. Rain shower is great! Its not really that far from the beach. Security outside will help you get a scooter or tuk tuk. AC that will make you put your socks back on! The cons - still under construction. The breakfast sucks, dont get it. Bed was a little furm for me. There's a mosque next door that likes to use there speaker system. If your disabled this is not the hotel for you. Over all i will stay again on my next trip

From the hotel you travel easily, regardless of the way through the hotel. Meeting point for the car to pick up Walking near (2 kilo) to entertainment The staff gave good advice.

Mr. Thor reception and "Ms. CHO housekeeping" gave fantastic service above and beyond the call of duty. Both speak good English and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos. Good hotel breakfast and lunch available. Great location, good food nearby 24hrs everyday. Mosque nearby with good Muslim food available. Recommend for short or long holiday. Value for money.
