Extraordinarily well run, highly competent, friendly, good-quality and technologically proficient technology service. My laptop died in the middle of graduate school and Chris was not only able to recover most of my files, but also find a great deal on a quality, good-value new laptop. Joyful outcome in every way- seamless and wondrous! Thank you immeasurably.
