Well to dry. You ask to go through it in little more than an hour.
The collection in chronological order of this museum is truly great.
It is a very interesting museum with beautiful works.
Worth a visit
Museum that includes Renaissance and modern painting
The explanatory texts of this latest exhibition of impressionists and paintings shine by their absence but in general they have always worked. Price, visit order and magnificent sample of the works. Wide spaces and better prices in publications. It is a museum in which the different stages of painting with significant and highly chosen works are very well appreciated.
What I liked a lot, is the exhibition of the great teacher BALENCIAGA, which ended on the twenty-second day of September, too bad to have been able to visit it again and with
more detail
Hopefully! We can once again have the opportunity to see another exhibition about this genius of Spanish design.
One of the fantastic stops on the museum tour in Madrid.
BECAUSE EVERY MUSEUM, IS THE CHARM SAME; AS ART WORKS ARE STAYED, OF QUALITY.ACTUALLY WITH WORKS OF CARABAGGIO AND COMING SOON: BALENCIAGA AND MONET.SE FIND, VERY CLOSE TO THE PRADO AND THE MUSEUM OF THE SOFIA QUEEN.
Beautiful garden a place full of art, I love the catalogs of its exhibitions.
A bit disappointing museum. I would say that this should be at the bottom of your visit's list of places in the Madrid's tour, especially if you are on a tight schedule. Not much to say really
Good museum, not worth the price, so wait until Sunday to get a free pass.
go .... and you will understand .... go it will open .... hole of light that rages ..... your perception
It must be admitted that a truly impressive collection of collections from many periods in the history of the Iberian Peninsula has been collected. The richness of the collection is complemented by many multimedia animations that can expand the feelings associated with learning about the next periods of the history of Spain - every fan of European history will surely like this place. A big plus is also the low price for visiting all the prepared content and monuments :)
One of the best collections. Monday is a fest for art gourmands
Very good museum, mandatory visit, Balenciaga exhibition and excellent Spanish painting.
Good selection of art. Monday is free from 12 to 16hs
Very good, the price a little high for the most ordinary citizen
It is very large, it is very well structured, the spectacular works of art.
Visitor staff very friendly.
Wonderful gallery. The temporary exhibition with Balenciaga and the colors, exceptional. Permanent collection very good
Really one of the best collections of expressionism and modern art that I had the opportunity to see
Amazing collection of art in a fab setting just follow advise start on top floor and work your way down
Good museum that completes the extraordinary cultural offer of Madrid.
The great variety and quality of the works there, makes you able to take a tour of the whole history of painting since the sixteenth century
It rivals the Prado. Although the museum staff is not friendly and has a rough deal with the visitor.
Unbelievable bar. Not only the art and artists but also the kind of exhibition. And despite Advent weekend not even too full. All for 12 euros. Unconditional recommendation
I visited this museum last year and I was impress. Cozy, with a huge collection. Loved it!
One of the best art galleries in the world. Sublime love from Australia:-)
This is fine, a bit of everything but with two hours you can see many styles and different periods
Wonderful museum. With excellent visiting programs. Beautiful shop and restaurant
Wayfinding is very difficult. Suggest to add navigation to the museumapp?
Art museum that spans from early middle ages to present. Audio guide is helpful. Impossible to see it all
Magnificent museum that offers very interesting temporary exhibitions, such as the current one dedicated to Rembrandt and the flamenco portrait.
Good museum. Mondays 12 noon to 4 pm for free. In any case, I would recommend not looking at it from top to bottom but vice versa.
My mother who rests peacefully loved this museum and I understand perfectly because, she was an artist, she instilled in me since childhood the love of art. It is a jewel to have this museum, the Prado and other museums in Madrid. For my 5 stars, you have to visit him
Both permanent and temporary exposure are essential
Magnificent museum from ancient works to modern art going through all eras and styles. Large collection of American landscapers.
Among the three main museums is the most well organized to visit it
The exhibition on Balenciaga is a must. But the collection is wonderful.
If you need to choose only one museum to visit in Madrid, this is it. Their amazing collection of art transports you through eras and styles smoothly, making you ignore how rude the staff is
Beautiful museum where you can appreciate magnificent works of art! And on Mondays the entrance is free!
It is a museum that I love, it is the third time I visit it for its content and its comfort !!!! Super recommendable
Rembrandt and the portrait in Amsterdam, 1590-1670
. From February 18 to May 24, 2020.
spectacular !!!! It is advisable to acquire the before and with time.
Disability greater than 33% .Free.
Absolutely to visit! A real museum gem, with works by the greatest artists, from Caravaggio to Monet, from the Italian art of the '300 to contemporary American painting of Hopper, Lichtenstein etc ... all well arranged in chronological order, beautiful modern structure. Only note for the audio guide that broadly comments more rooms together and rarely a single painting.
Beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our family visit. We like to keep things brisk with kids in tow, but still our 9-year-old happily managed three hours here (albeit with a quick drink break).
For families and casual admirers of art, I'd recommend this as top of your list - over the Prado - if you only want to do one museum in Madrid.
Wonderful museum with masterpieces in particular of modern art.
We took advantage of the free entry on Monday afternoon, but it would have been worth the ticket anyway.
Large bright rooms, works displayed with care.
A very fine medium-sized museum part of Madrid's arts triangle composed of the Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and the Prado. Lots of very nice but perhaps lesser-known works.
Beautiful exhibition Impressionists and photography. Perhaps they should control more the number of people entering. There are times when it is difficult to see the works
We only visited the temporary collection because the permanent collection was already closed (despite it was opened untill 22h pm according their website?). In the temporary we could see beautifull pictures of De Greco and Goya. Pity it was way too dark and too far away to see beautiful details. Museum shop was already closed at 19h.
Magnificent facilities, magnificent temporary exhibitions and a large collection of the Permanent Collection. Very attentive and efficient staff.
A super complete museum with great works. I recommend visiting it if you are in Madrid
It was a free admission day on Monday
I saw another photo on Google Maps
The nail went before the people doeseo finish
But that was not going to be there.
Maybe you'll wander like me
Today danyeowaseo entrance deuryeoyo up photos.
Admission is great enough not ahkkaul
Although considered a museum with minor works, the exhibitions are very well taken care of and the permanent develops from the 1300s to the present day in a linear way clearly presenting the artistic development of these years
Why it's beautiful at Christmas, and it's very beautiful and there's everything
Temporary exhibitions, in this case that of Rembrandt
Awesome collection of paint. Careful, spacious museum, with an entrance and a good cafeteria-restaurant
Wonderful, I love both the temporary and fixed exhibitions are very interesting
A good museum, many famous artists. You can take pictures, unlike the Prado Museum. A lot less people than in the Prado and more liked.
Beautiful museum.
Time well spent
An impressive collection of works with many of the greatest artists (Rembrandt, Gauguin, Picasso, Van Gogh and others). Highly recommended for art lovers.
Loved the range of art through the centuries, especially the 20th century collection.
Wonderful!! Not too ostentatious the Church except the main altar, but highly recommended to visit as a monument
Apart from the permanent exhibition, which offers a very complete overview from the 16th to the 20th century, the Balenciaga storm is original and very pleasant to see.
It is a great museum, with great quality in all its works and encompasses various currents and styles, but ... It has a Bernini! and that puts it above many museums, do not miss it
I can only say good things about this museum.
3. They let take pictures (to see if he learns the meadow).
For putting a snag is one of the few museums where students do not enter for free.
A very wide collection, you are impressed.
Now there is a very interesting exhibition of Balenciaga and art.
It is not a museum that is full.
It is a museum that explains how the evolution of modern art was, highly recommended to buy the audio guide
Fantastic Museum Very good works of art and excellent rooms
