The working atmosphere is good, but they treat you like hatred during interviews. The are sure about not hiring fresher's, then why should they call them for the interview.....??

For fresher they only recruit for internship. The duration of the internship is 3 months, and the stipend is 6500 rupees only. And they frequently conduct interviews. So if you need full time job better to avoid the company.

Company run by the idiocy, there is no creativity except their trade name. I strongly doubt whether the hr team is from the human resource background, they serve the managers not the employees. The company is implementing many good things. However, the top level management is worse than the local politics we hear in our routine. I will strongly recommend if the dictatorship is taken away from the hands of managers and human resources team.

Company has flexible timings, posh office and you get a office laptop, bag, and earphones. But chances of full-time is very very low. They keep on hiring intern to get their work done. If you're are a Java intern then it's next to impossible for full-time. Every day candidates come there for an interview. They are hiring all time. And most of they pay very low salary. Like pennies and you can't survive on the salary.

Very Bad Minded People are there, only money minded they are planning to hire freshers and people as intern and pay low salary and throw them out is their ideology. I was interviewed by a male i think his name is karthick very rubbish he was, he interviewed me and gone to higher officials and making fun of the interview, it is not a professional one and the only positive note is the quiet place which is the company is working.Freshers better to avoid this company.

Nice software company to work. This company only takes freshers for 3 month internship. Associates(interns) who clears the month end review will only be moved to next month. Every month till third month interns need to face the month end. Interns who clears all the month end reviews will get a permanent job. If the interns fails to clear the month end review he/she will be terminated from the internship program. It is also a paid internship program.

I have worked few companies but I would say this is a best place to work. You will be tuned to be better, live better. Wonderful opportunity to learn new things and process and people and it goes on..

If you are going for an interview with them, please get more details about the position you applied for. They say "Client Account Manager", but the designation is a normal BPO job. And they will try to hire people with 10 years of experience. How smart?

You guys are just playing with the candidates .you keep a worst entrance test in McQ and make the candidates believe they will get selected for intern but you took a whole day just to conduct a small coding test.why don't you have a simple common sense of conducting another online coding test?.
Don't apply here they don't treat candidates good.
