I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE!!! I ALWAYS LEAVE HAPPY AND WITH AMAZING OUTFITS!!! THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING AND SUPER SWEET WITH WARM FRIENDLY FACES EVERY TIME I GO ( WHICH IS ABOUT ONCE A WEEK)!!!

Always a fun trip!!! Very sweet sales girls always smiling and ready to help. I have been a very long time customer and enjoy returning again and again. You will find anything from cool and casual to the fanciest of dinner and party sparkles! There are shoes, jewelry, and gift items galore and price ranges for every one. Make this stop and find something to treet yourself AND someone else. EVERYONE LOVES A PALM TREE BAG!

I go in there and the girls just stare me down, I've been shopping there for months and I had a lady follow me looking at what I was doing like if I was going to steal, they remind me of the rude ladies from Pretty women. The only reason I go in there now is for Kendra Scott because they are the only place I know that sells them in Victoria.

Gave The Palm Tree, one more chance...walked in. Once again not one soul spoke, at the time they were not busy, 4 people in the store, several employees on duty. After 15 minutes one female employee finally as approach. She was not very helpful, I walked away. Interacted with Marcie. She went out of her way to fine the prefect pieces needed. Purchased three pieces. Marcie, is phenomenal, all employees should emulate her! Huge Thanks goes out to Marcie, she saved the day!!!!!

LOVE this boutique! Beautiful clothes!!! However, today I haven't been able to use my gift card online that I received from my in law's this Christmas. If you have any suggestions please help. I was not given the receipt with the gift card by my mother in law. I did check the balance online ,and it has money on it for sure.
