Eric Poole and Mark Philhower were absolutely fantastic to work with. Most of our interaction was with Eric, but he and Mark worked seamlessly to help us get into our dream home in Ashland. Eric was responsive, professional, patient and never pushy. He helped us avoid a couple properties that, in retrospect were far inferior to what we ended up getting. Eric helped us place an offer on an amazing property before it hit the market which made a big difference for us in this extremely competitive market. He stayed on top of all the moving pieces to make sure we made it to closing on time. You won't find better realtor in the valley.
