First and foremost, we closed on our home early and in less than 31 days with these agents! Please keep reading, it gets better! We were lucky enough to have been referred to Full Circle from our lender. Principal brokers Eric Poole and Mark Philhower set up a conference call to talk about our criteria and we met two days later at a home we were interested in seeing. We worked with Eric initially and upfront. He truly was a calming force between us. When we found a home we thought we wanted, he asked us to sleep on it and visit the property a second time. This proved to be very valuable advice and helped pave the way to finding our forever home. They have a great support team which sent out introduction emails and updates. Both Eric and Mark responded to emails or phone calls within minutes. Just as important was how they handled my urgent texts (rather, emotional outbursts) with calming reassurances and ease. When they had other showings or meetings, they d let us know when we d be able to reach them or when they d have the next update during those critical time periods. They are both very well respected in the community and industry, evidenced by their interactions throughout and how efficiently our transaction was handled (multiple parties since our closing have echoed the same).
