We just moved into the new home that we purchased in Ashland last week. Jessika Barrett was our realtor through the process. What I loved about working with Jess, is that she was always available for questions and concerns. If she didn t know the answer right away, she went to her broker, city person or contractor to find it. She had a positive attitude, even when we got disappointed or felt like we would never find the one . And, when we did find it, she helped us through the negotiation and inspection process and was even able to attend the inspection, when I could not due to being out of town.
