We had leased 2 previous vehicles from here and had good experiences with both, but this past December we leased another and have had nothing but trouble. First thing we were supposed to receive a $50 gift card for a test drive, have never received despite making numerous calls. Then our previous lease was to be paid off and we started getting collections calls from Hyundai. Upon calling the dealership, they said they overlooked paying it off and would pay it off right away. A month later we received a letter stating we owed $350 on the turn in, when Fuccillo stated our previous lease would be taken care of. When calling the dealership for a manager we would be told they would call us back. After several calls and no return call we gave up. once a happy customer here, now very unhappy.....Beware....

Visited Fuccillo on Black Friday in search of a newer preowned vehicle. Met and worked with Richard Loomis who assisted in viewing vehicles I requested. Richard was very personable and made the experience an enjoyable one overall. I know everyone links Fuccillo to the commercial taglines and recognizable characters but the staff overall were very professional. I high recommend Richard specifically and was happy with the overall process and purchase. Thanks again.

NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with these people! I called at 2pm on 2/27/19 and said I would be in the purchase a 2015 ford Taurus. The sales lady said that it was still available and that I could come in that evening and purchase it. I put in my credit app and three hours later the car was sold! this is not the first time I have had this problem with them it all started with an mkx I was going to buy from them the same thing happened. I was told " unfortunately things sell" just seems funny that things sell every time I am interested in buying a car from them! I would not recommend them to anyone! horrible customer service and salespeople. I recommend Fucillo ford of East Greenbush! way better people and better ethics.

Bought a car today from Paul Fiorillo at Fuccillo Hyundai and could not have had a better experience. The team there worked to get us the payment we asked for and wouldn't say quit until we had what we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Looking forward to doing more business in the future with Fuccillo Hyundai.

My girlfriend, Lauren, and I (Brian) came in for a...

My girlfriend, Lauren, and I (Brian) came in for a 2:00pm to have her check engine light inspected. Half an hour in, and they had yet to have an answer about the light, but told us that she needed new tires and were getting a price for them. Finally we were told that the light was just a software update needed for the car, but that new tires needed to be put onto it. Then we got told we needed to replace the cabin filter. THEN, after we agreed to doing both of those, we were told 20 minutes later that the service representative forgot to mention that an adjustment would be required. We were also told the service should have only taken 45 minutes, and we waited patiently while other people who came in after us were leaving before us. After having waited 45 minutes, we were told that they were almost done they were just getting the paperwork done. The whole time the car was sitting outside with nothing being done onto it. We were then told after waiting almost an hour that the service workers "couldn't find the tires" for the car, and that we would have to wait even longer for these services to be performed. After 45 minutes passed, we asked how much longer, and we were not given any kind of information besides "they are working on it". All the service rep told us was she was "sorry, and wish there was more that could be done".

This was quite a disappointing visit, as we only initially came to find the reason why my girlfriends check engine light was on, and then in turn having to pay around the sum of $400 for services that had nothing to do with the check engine light. This was a waste of our time, money, and resources. This is the reason why I am giving you this place a 1 star review. Honestly if I could, I would have given 0 stars, but no option is available to do so. All that I feel happened was we got stuff sold to us because one person said it was "needed". If I knew that this was how dealing with the service department was going to be, more than likely neither one of us would have purchased from Fuccillo.

But I did not like sitting there waiting for a finance guy to have me sign the papers. I waited for over two hours. Luis hustled around to get me taken care of .

The staff here is amazing. Emily and your sales rep Derek went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Although I didnt get the vehicle I initially wanted, they got me in something much more efficient and satisfying.

I can not be more happier with the vehicle I drove off the lot. My wife and I even named it Emily.

I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I look forward to doing business with yall again in the future.

I went into the dealership to trade in a leased Ki...

I went into the dealership to trade in a leased Kia. After I found a Tucson on the lot that I liked I sat down with the salesman to talk numbers. The numbers he provided were not reflective of the sales price.
The sales manager came over to explain the numbers. When I explained that the overall sticker price plus the full amount of my remaining payments didn't equate to the numbers he had he came back with new numbers.

The sales manager now argued with me about the paying out of my lease payments. He swore that you can't just do a lease buyout of the remaining payments. He told me that I had to trade the amount of the lease buyout vs. the vehicle value.

We negotiated a deal based on that information. As we got close he came back to the table, not with a final deal, but with the same number and an "explanation why my way was wrong". needless to say I walked out.

The next day I called the salesman because I felt that he and I were close to a deal originally and wanted to give him a second chance. We revisited the original agreement before the sales manager got argumentative. We agreed to trade my car for the new Tucson for the cost, minus rebates plus the amount of the difference between my lease buyout and the value of my trade.

After signing all the paperwork the salesman decides to tell me that they didn't trade my car as we discussed and he explained when I was signing. He tells me that they actually just bought out my payments like I originally asked but they told me they couldn't. He said he didn't want me to be surprised when Kia sent me a bill for damage for a cracked bumper.

The manager didn't want to give me this information but he felt bad about the deception. After being provided this information I took a look at the "we owe/ you owe". The salesman put a big line through it because "I owed nothing". Looking document and he had scribbled "buyout of remaining lease only with the amount."

Foolishly, I didn't pay attention to this at the time. I now am stuck going to receive a bill for something I would've had my insurance take care of had they been up front. I incurred the crack hitting a huge pothole in the rainstorm so it would've been a no fault claim.

I posted a negative review and the general sales manager contacted me. He apologized and corrected the situation and the paperwork immediately. He also gave me a year of free maintenance. I appreciate a sincere effort to correct a problem.

They had my car for about a month waiting for a part on back order. They gave me a loaner and called me every week, sometimes twice a week to keep me informed of what was going on. Matt and Bob were the 2 I dealt with and they were just wonderful. This is my second car I have bought from there and have never had a problem with their service dept. I will be buying my 3rd car from there also. Great people, great service.

Terrible Customer Service! My car has been there f...

Terrible Customer Service! My car has been there for three weeks waiting for a part. First they said it would take a few days then treated me like I was stupid for expecting it to be in so soon when I called a week later. The person who called me must have been looking at the wrong file, they said. It might take a month or two to fix. I have been waiting for 7 days for an appropriate loaner car. Twice they have promised to have it ready then for some reason or another, can't follow through, but never call me to tell me that. I always have to call them to find out. Nothing but run-arounds and lies. Awful since day one.

extremely dissatisfied with experience - was a loyal customer, however due to not taking my opinion as a customer seriously I filled an official complaint. Was told I would receive a call back from the General Manger by a certain time and never did. Be careful about disagreeing with these people, they are underhanded and make you feel like its your fault when indeed you may have a legitimate complaint about your vehicle. Customer Service and guarantee's seem not to mean anything at this dealership. I didn't want to give any stars for satisfaction, however unable to post my comment unless I gave one. Advise, listen and seek to understand your customers, not everyone is wrong!
Update......Well, after viewing the below response, and emailing per the instructions below, still no response. Please know that this is my fourth attempt I am not surprised in the least, and it speaks volumes for the people working at this location. I can only hope that the others I have contacted take my complaint seriously. I hope that anyone that reads this realizes that customers do have a voice and whether or not you agree they should be listened to and understood before jumping to conclusions.

WORST COMPANY EVER....BEWARE CONSUMERS.

My experience was excellent! Bob in Service treated me with the highest level of professionalism and went well out of his way to assist me. Plus I now know what my car needs for maintenance coming up, and he pulled together a few quotes for tires and those items not under warranty. I left with peace of mind as to my car's overall condition. Also, I needed an interior trunk cover, which Chad in Parts found and provided for me at a price that made me smile. I am counting on purchasing my next Veloster here!

Car salesman Derek Wright was Great. He really knows about the 2019 Kona Sel we purchased. Our experience with him was very chilled and enjoyable. Took the car for a test drive and was very pleased. Next we met manager Nick Megas. Very direct to the point which is good most of the time. Not this time. Did not like to be told this is the way it is and how much do I want to spend. Please, just give me your very best price and let me decide. Manager William Granata was excellent in getting me a very fair price. Thanks, William. Last, Finance Manager Jeff worked with us and got us the extra coverage we wanted and easy finance payments. A really nice guy. Thanks, Jeff. Overall a 5 Star rating. Thank You.

Since buying my car here in 2011, I have not been ...

Since buying my car here in 2011, I have not been AT ALL impressed with their service department.

I've had a limited number of issues with my 2011 Hyundai Elantra, but each time a problem has come up, it's been a struggle to get it adequately addressed.

When electronic issues have surfaced (lights on the console) and I've taken it in, they keep the car for days just to then ultimately report "everything seems fine; we couldn't replicate the problem after resetting the light." This has happened multiple times. Not helpful.

There have also been more recalls than I would like, which I realize isn't the dealer's fault, but after bringing the car to address the recalls, I've either been told my vehicle was not actually affected (despite having had the EXACT issue described in the recall notice), or, after having the "repair" completed, the car immediately began having subsequent issues, which they swore was just coincidence, not due to the "repairs" they had just completed.

Robert Anderson in service is the best. I had my car towed down to Fuccillo's and it turned out I needed an engine. That took a while but after a week and a half of paying for a rental out of pocket, Bob called and got us a loaner. Thank you so much Bob, you are a life saver. I received numerous phone calls with updates on my car, Thank you for that. It's really frustrating when they tell you one thing and it doesn't happen and they never call you. Not so with Bob!

Today I went into Fuccillo to look at numbers for leasing another Hyundai Elantra. Mike D. was very good at hearing my wants for the car as well as understanding my financial needs. He was very good at relaying the message to supervisors and answered the questions I needed to be answered. I ended up leasing through Fuccillo. Being relatively new to this dealership Mike had help at the end with paper work and Corey was very helpful to make sure I knew what I was signing, as well as making sure I understood the car. They both did a great job.

Vaske was absolutely amazing. It was my first time buying a car and he was so patient. He didn t push anything on me and let me pick what I liked with out breathing down my neck.
He dealt with me and my mom for seven hours and didn t make us feel like a burden. Safe to say my first experience buying a car was great thanks to him.

We just bought our second Hyundai from Fuccillo Hyundai of Schenectady. We worked with Richard Loomis on the sale and he was fantastic to work with. He was laid back and was not pushy, which made this experience better than what we had encountered at other dealerships. They beat another dealership s offer and did a bunch of prep work for us before we came to pick up the car (this was HUGE because we had 2 small children in tow). Richard was great explaining how everything worked. He took a good amount of time sitting in the car with us and explaining how everything worked. He even helped us troubleshoot a phone connection issue with our other Hyundai s radio while we were waiting for paperwork on our new car purchase. Great dealership to work with. Ask to work with Richard he was awesome!

Brought my dad's Tucson in for repair. I had hit the right front tire on a curb in snow at a slow speed and figured it needed a tie rod. Couple hundred dollars. They estimated 1800 which seemed odd. When we we went to pick up it went up to 2500. The reason was also strange saying a part didnt come in. Not sure how that raised the cost since it should have been in the original estimate. The car was also not ready when originally promised. The repair seemed alot compared to the incident so either the vehicle is not the kind of quality one would expect or.... The repair cost going up by over 30% of the original estimate was also not expected. Think hard before purchasing or getting service here. I gave it 2 because at least the car runs.

This was our fourth Hyundai that we had purchased at Fuccillo of Schenectady. The five star rating is really for our sales person, Richard Loomis. He was amazing. Richard is very knowledgeable about the packages in the autos and if he does not know for sure, he will definitely research it to find the correct answer and not just leave you hanging out in mid air, he will go above and beyond, even on his own time to get you the answer. Richard isn't your typically pushy sales person. I am sure that with great effort Richard came up with the best price for our new vehicle that we just purchased on 2/26/18. We had been to other dealers but Fuccillo beat those prices. Upon picking up our new vehicle, Richard went out and set up our blue link technology and blue tooth also, he also explained absolutely every feature that was available on our car. If you are shopping for a Hyundai, please ask for Richard Loomis ,he was phenomenal, we would not ever deal with someone else again. We wish him much success in his future.

Service advisor Philip was friendly and attentive. I had them perform an oil change with tire rotation on my Lincoln MKX. They also looked at my passenger headlight as it gets condensation in it after raining. They washed my car then check the headlight which had condensation and ordered up a new one right away. Their prices are on the higher side, but I'm ok with that.

I always like to save fellow customers time, effort and sometimes money by posting about a poor experience or business practice. We have been helping our son with the process of purchasing a new car. He determined he is interested in a Hyundai and went to the closest two dealerships and test drove the car. Since we are still in a global pandemic he went through the internet format in an attempt to get a somewhat accurate price that included the advertised discounts they stated in their ad. She emailed him to make an appointment to come in to discuss the deal . She him to make an appointment to come in and discuss the deal . Then she called him to make an appointment to come in and discuss the deal . Fuccillo Hyundai s bait and switch would be annoying at any time, but need I say it again... this is during a global pandemic. The internet price was the price, this was simply a matter of defining the advertised $2500 in incentives but they couldn t tell him if he qualified for the incentives without dragging him in again for an appointment? This is a cash deal that won t be going to Fucillo and a commission that won t be going to the sales woman that thought jerking a customer around would ensure a sale.

Anthony was really good at helping us but that was it. The sales person we dealt with was horrible. We went out to look at the car we were trading in and he kept making comments about the scratches on it and how the whole hood would need to be painted.... so I pointed out why did he show us a used vehicle on the lot with the hood all chipped and scratched... he had no answer. They made us feel like we were a waste of time and we couldn t get approved for anything and if we did the payments were well over 500.... we went to Mohawk Chevy the following week, got into a Hyundai Tuscan same price and mileage as the one here... got approved instantly and payments were exactly where we wanted it to be.
