It took me a long time to find a computer shop where I can find exactly what I want at the right price.

The technician has spent many hours working on my computer to recover from a coffee spill and after all that gave me the option of paying for a replacement mother board or writing it off at no charge. These guys a REALLY honest and have great ethics. Thoroughly recommend them. I am getting the mother board replaced :-)

Brought in a 7 year old "Vintage" MacBook Pro that had a broken 512GB SSD. They swapped it out with a refurbished, genuine Apple 128GB SSD (since I no longer needed the extra storage), installed a new OS and had it ready the same day all for $180.

In contrast Apple said they could only replace it like-for-like, so they would only be able to put in another 512GB for around $700. A nearby authorised Apple repairer that Apple staff suggested checking in with first even quoted me far more for a SSD half that size.

Put simply DV Computers saved me a lot of money and did so far quicker than it would have taken going through Apple officially. Shout out to Alan for taking the time to help me in store and for making everything incredibly straightforward and easy.

Furthermore, as someone who worked in technology sales for a long time, I was also impressed with the time and patience the other staff spent with some of the older customers that were there; something I have a lot of respect for. I also noticed that they offer one on one computer lessons for those that aren't tech savvy and have specific questions, something that is often far more helpful for people than going to large computer lesson classes.

Thank you again to the staff; I'll definitely be back if I ever need more repairs.

I must remember to thank my friend, who recommended them. They are now my "go to" people for anything to do with computers.

Service ok. But at times they make you feel like a fool when you are trying to explain what is wrong with computer. They say they are busy (when you bring in a computer) but at random times the staff are standing around doing little ( not a good look).

Helpful staff, good customer service and they only advise you to get things you actually need.

Great service and even better value. Identified the faulty component. Didn't try to upscale the replacement. Clearly explained my options. Installed the new component and the related drivers. Thorough check to ensure it all worked. Fast, efficient, A1 service. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I had 2 laptops that needed work and they did a wonderful job fast affordable service. Had another company look at 1 of my laptops which they couldn't fix and charged me $250 for just looking at it. Brought it into dv they charged me $99 to look at it and fixed the problem. Will definitely go here again

These guys are knowledgeable, fair and helpful. They might take a while to serve you but they are doing their job thoroughly.

These guys are brilliant. Computer kept crashing. Thought it was the on/off button but it turned out to be my RAM was poorly seated - probably with heat and cold expansion/contraction over the years. They knew right away. Totally building my next tower with these guys. They rock!

The guys at DV are not your usual 'pretend experts', their staff are genuinely knowledgeable and friendly ad well. I've been using and recommending DV since I sold my computer business.
They have a fairly good stock range, sell quality imports and offer very genuine after sales support.

Purchased a wireless router for my business and they kindly setup all the relevant settings in store so that it was a plug-and-play system when I got back!

When you rate on the internet..usually they were the BEST or the worst. DV Computers is by far the BEST service I've ever had. Honesty goes a far way and it seems like there's nothing they can't do. Will always recommend.

I am really happy to recommend dv computers. I visited another repairer near by which said the cost of my repairs would be $1000. Popping into DV i was stoked that they completed the same job for $40. Great service, great price and i would be back again

I bought a gaming pc here it has had several problems and dv have assisted in more than a few ways with friendly staff dv computers is an ideal place to get a new computer and repairs

They fixed my daughters Mac in 20 minutes with a reconditioned part for a fraction of Apples price. Great service and prices. Very knowledgeable.

Took my 2013 MacBook in there this week for a service. They replaced the hard drive. Runs like a dream now. If you're machine is out of warranty go to these guys. Don't listen to what they say at the Apple Store "Genius" bar

Best Shop for second hand laptop PC hardware. Very skilled staff. Friendly service. Truly an IT shop. Not just retail. I highly recommend this establishment.

Worth checking here for refurb items or older pc parts if your fixing up an old machine. New stuff isn't too bad either.

My experience with DV computers is quite positive.
The customer service with their calls and response to emails were always helpful and friendly in regards to a desktop I ordered to be built from scratch.
The workmanship put into the hardware was very impressive, and was delivered promptly afterwards.

I recommend this company if your looking to buy a heavily modified desktop, because of their expertise in their products and how each component synergises together.

Very efficient service. I needed the internal HD of my 27" replaced with an SSD drive. I dropped the computer off at 3pm and it was ready by 10.30am the next day. Very pleased! Thanks DV Computers team.

Good experience with these guys, Had problems with the battery on a second hand laptop - got me out a new battery (didn't fix issue) then got me a new charger very quickly - no fussing. Problem solved. Happy to recommend them.

Massive thanks to Darren at DV computers, I dropped in there this morning with my laptop which was running really slowly, he went right through everything on my computer and found the problem (easy to see for someone like him but not me!), sorted it out and then said that advice was free so I wasn't charged! Amazing service in this day and age, I have dealt with these guys before and they have always been very good, would not hesitate to recommend them and will always use them.
