My girlfriend, Lauren, and I (Brian) came in for a 2:00pm to have her check engine light inspected. Half an hour in, and they had yet to have an answer about the light, but told us that she needed new tires and were getting a price for them. Finally we were told that the light was just a software update needed for the car, but that new tires needed to be put onto it. Then we got told we needed to replace the cabin filter. THEN, after we agreed to doing both of those, we were told 20 minutes later that the service representative forgot to mention that an adjustment would be required. We were also told the service should have only taken 45 minutes, and we waited patiently while other people who came in after us were leaving before us. After having waited 45 minutes, we were told that they were almost done they were just getting the paperwork done. The whole time the car was sitting outside with nothing being done onto it. We were then told after waiting almost an hour that the service workers "couldn't find the tires" for the car, and that we would have to wait even longer for these services to be performed. After 45 minutes passed, we asked how much longer, and we were not given any kind of information besides "they are working on it". All the service rep told us was she was "sorry, and wish there was more that could be done".

This was quite a disappointing visit, as we only initially came to find the reason why my girlfriends check engine light was on, and then in turn having to pay around the sum of $400 for services that had nothing to do with the check engine light. This was a waste of our time, money, and resources. This is the reason why I am giving you this place a 1 star review. Honestly if I could, I would have given 0 stars, but no option is available to do so. All that I feel happened was we got stuff sold to us because one person said it was "needed". If I knew that this was how dealing with the service department was going to be, more than likely neither one of us would have purchased from Fuccillo.
