I brought back a smartphone holder. I had waited too long to return it. I had to pay for another one.

Very few items, seemed empty. No one stopped by to help. Could have been better.

Interesting decorating and amazing products as well as staff.

Hard to find item...a bluetooth usb dongle...was given wrong aisle. When i got back to the parking lot found three cars near mine with break in smashed windows. No one was there yet ...but customers, a staff member and cop soon arrived to take report.

the people that work here are rude as hell. its like India they start negotiating to sell something different when i wanted to buy a tv. suddenly he says that tv is no good. buy this one which was twice the price. anyways i didnt buy anything that day. i told them that if a costumer wants and their sure of what they want dont suggest something else for commission.

Low from it's glory days. Not crowded as it former days.

I love Frys the store. I don't love Frys the employees.

Pathetic. Nothing works. Had to return (replace) 3 times, eventually abandoned the efforts.

Staff are not well-trained to help customers. The only attentive ones are the aggressive sales guys who keep pressuring you into buying their warranties.

Selection and inventory has seen better days. Picked up a couple of flash drives. Fry's seems to be going the way of Radio shack. Very clean store and friendly staff.

I live a few blocks from this location and tried to buy here often but in more than 75% of my purchases the packaging is already open, the products are heavily damaged, and simple items are not always in stock.

Nice staff, easy to locate what I was looking for, plenty of parking.

Big electronic store. Has everything you need from computers to laptops to TVs and headphones. I m from Va. so some prices to be were very high. Not sure about the area prices. Needs to be updated a little bit. Also sells toys. And has a cafe on the inside. Big parking. A lot of handicap parking. Brands from Acer, Samsung, Apple, to other brands.

It's a perfect place to find electronic stuff but need to tidy up.

Very unfortunate visit today.
20 minutes in he store and not one person came up to ask the simple question-- can I help you.

couple weeks ago visit was great and someone name ramsin helped me and he was great.

shop all ur electric item here and they have a small cafe inside.

Same old Frys bare shelves and non existent employees unless your buying something expensive

Great Electronics Store! I always look forward to a visit to Fry's. They have it all and the prices are very fair.

Fry's never has on sale items in stock...so going there is a big waste if time

Went there after many years. Glad to see they still have the selection of boards etc. Surprised to see a cafe inside.

This place has lots of electronics and goods that you may not find in other stores!!

The office manager listened to my problems and took care of my issues immediately. Many thanks to Fry's Electronics for hiring such wonderful people!

Their collection is good, but their service is really bad. They gave a price match guarantee, and refused at the checkout.
When I went to customer service to return the controller I had bought and changed my mind about, they asked me to return all the other items I'd bought as well because they were more expensive online.
For 10 bucks, they permanently lost a customer and more than a 100 dollars in my purchase.

Would not go here ever again.

Just a heads up, Don't go there expecting good costumer service.

Last time I purchase on Fry's was like 2 year ago in a trip to Arizona, which by the way at that time only accepted Visa/Master Dinners and some other but American Express so it was annoying for me. Now I see that they do accept all Credit Cards. This last experience was nice, I had to return an item I purchase wrong (a sales rep recommended me the product) and did not fit my Phone, they did the full refund no questions ask.

I get the email promo codes but usually need a team of archeologists to find the items.

It seems like dying store, should add to new ideas and items to bring to LIFE!!

This store was almost empty when I went. Nothing was in stock. Seems like they are closing down.

Very large store interior. The product lineup is not good at all, but we handle electronic machine parts and filaments for 3D printers, and the fact that the product lineup is reasonably good is interesting because the land pattern has appeared.

Good place to get electronics and computer stuff at competitive price. Wide selection and will match internet store prices.

Used to be a good source. Now prices on shelf don't agree with the register and best products are unstocked. Try them, but expect to be disappointed.

Ive been going to this frys for years. Employees change every week but I can count on management to keep products in the same areas so i can find whatever I need. I walk around frys and leave my credit cards at home because id buy everything. They match prices so you always get the best deal. Employees sometimes are pushy but you just walk away. The dudes from India will help but only on their own time. They cant be bothered to help you

The store is not that great.
The good thing is they lots of chips and microprocessors which other companies like BestBuy and others miss.
However it is not welcoming the weekly ads is more on printout paper and old school. the staffs are hardly available they are more into talks than addressing the customer and when asked for help i got attitude answer saying "they are busy with customer". I was at laptop section and price tags were confusing every model had 2 types of price tags and was very confusing to see which is displayed and what is the price.
I wouldn't go back to this store.

Clean and tidy place, including the public restroom. Has all kind of electronic items, almost.

They don't care any longer to replenish stock... hard to find anything lately. Are they going bankruptcy, or simply staff doesn't care about consumer experience?

They may be going out of business soon.. shelves are empty

just OK... lots of cheap Chinese stuff if you are up to it, I did buy some wires and charger to support these guys. many things out of stock so better check online before you arrive.

Went there today, but didn't find anything I was looking for. Empty shelves all around... What used to be a great electronics store is now a pretty deserted place. The employee I asked whether they were going out of business denied that, but didn't offer any other explanations. It'd be sad to see the place go the way of the dodo.

It used to be my favorite store. Now, all the stores are empty. Fry s wants to switch to a supplier consignment model. Nobody in their right mind will supply the stores and risk having their inventory seized when Frys goes under. The golden days of Frys are over.

Good place for electronic devices shopping and tools.etc. at good price with price matching..

Helpful and friendly staff. Variety might be a problem for some products.

Poorly organized and you can't find help when you need it.

Didn t meet my expectation. There is very much electronics but for a certain category there are nothing much to be choose from. The customer service is helpful.

Large and shiny as ever, but the shelves and aisles are empty. A ghost of what it once was.

If you know what you want, and realize that rebates are a pain to send in, you can get some good deals here. They carry tons of electronics stuff, and "as seen on TV stuff" In the last year, I have bought a Name brand camera bag, several headphones, several usb flash drives, a couple of SD cards, portable battery pack for phones etc, a wide range of items.
If you are not sure what you want, or where it is located in the store.....you could be in for a long day.

This place is so big it's overwhelming but with that comes and insane variety of electronics however that doesnt mean it carries everything under the sun undid struggle with finding the pixel book and some skins for my mac

collection is not vast but what is there is definitely worth it

Feud was cool in the 90s. Not sure why now I'd want to pay 4x as much for a cable that I can buy on Amazon

Fry's has really gone downhill. Came here for batteries for my security camera and was disappointed by the poor selection and high price.

I shop at this Fry's (and its previous 2 locations) for over 30 years.
The store has changed a lot over time, but the selection is still great and the prices are competitive, even with online outlets. The staff is a bit clueless.

A Fry's like all others. Rock bottom prices, a huge variety of product, hit or miss service. This is the perfect place to come if you know what you're looking for and don't need any help.

Very slow at checkout and employees finding product in the back.

LArge electronics store. Has other household appliances and stuff. Big impersonal and sometimes hard to corral staff to help. They pretty much have everything at reasonable prices if you know what you want. Cheapest place to get batteries.

They have everything I'm looking for at this Fry's and I like all the gourmet food selection when you leave. Interestingly enough they never seem to have many employees working on the floor here and it's hard to find a worker to help you here. Weird.
