Frost Gelato Review

C'mon, Frost gelato is simply delicious. Biggest problem is deciding on a flavor. A bit pricey, but a wonderful treat. Beautiful presentation.

Just talked with my daughter. She bought five cards each for $10 The girl who sold them said they were converting to a new system. I couldnt use my card and had to pay for my order. The guy said my card was invalid. I dont know what happened but my daughter is NOT happy. She will be coming to the store to get this corrected. My gelato was as always delicious. I wish you had a store by the airport area.

This is a fabulous place. The variety of flavors will curb any craving you might have.

This place is amazing. The choices of flavors is great and the set up is beautiful. The entire staff was the nicest I've ever dealt with. The place was so clean. It really was the best experience. Not only did they pay attention to detail but there are misters outside so you can enjoy the patio seating and they send an employee out to offer water for refreshment with your gelato. Loved every minute of it!!!

We had the best service ever from Julia. She as quick to recommend some great tasting gelato.

Tucson staple, if you want ice cream type product, frost is the Platinum standard. Great thing is, it won't break the bank.

The best frozen treat in town by a mile. A little pricey but worth it.

We love this place so much very tasty gelato and whenever I go there with my service dog they give me a small puppy cup and they fill it up with whatever flavor she likes

We LOVE frost! The chocolate is my favorite and there are fewer calories than regular icecream so you feel way less guilty than you would at an ice cream joint. Please add a Marana location! My family would go all the time. The only reason we don't is beast it's a 30+ minute drive to the nearest location.

Either than the restroom being a mess, the gelato was excellent. I didn't even know gelatos had the consistency of whipped butter until I saw it for myself. I was always under the impression gelatos were suppose to look like sorbets. There was a Frost tent at the UA Festival of Books, and that was when I fell in love with Frost's gelatos.

This is impressive quality. The gelato isn't even overly wet. It peaks well and doesn't droop. It's soft and matte without the sheen usually found in other ice creams. No sign of freezer burn or ice popping up in weird places.

I'm no food expert but I hate finding ice on store bought gelatos/ice cream. This, however, is good quality gelato.

The Gelato was amazing we got 4 different flavors, one for each of us and we all enjoyed each flavor as much as our own!!!

Wonderful different flavors. Not really for fussy kids, but wonderful for adults. Rum raisin, dark chocolate, mango, bourbon pecan, fig....mmmm
2 scoops about 5$..again not for kids.
80% less fat than ice cream and less overall calories. Imho, way better flavors. I am a fan.

Amazing flavors and service. They brought water to us even when we didnt ask! They are amazing.

The gelato that had mix ins tasted great, but the plain gelato with nothing in it was kind of boring.
Staff was really rude and rushed us out the door, hours before closing while no one else was in line.

Fabulous gelato, friendly and helpful staff, clean, brightly lit seating area. They appear to stock at least 30 flavors at any one time. Gelato is made in the same shop you buy it. Wonderful!

We tend to go to Frost out of convenience, as a treat for our kids after routine medical appointments. My kids seem to like it, but they seem to like any dessert oriented place of business that we have taken them to. My husband and I on the other hand, don't see what the big fuss is all about. Every flavor we have tried there, our response always is "Nothing special."

Best gelato I have found in the states. Better then a lot of Italian places I've been to.

Flavors are always changing, I love trying everything! Gelato is perfect in the summer and their hot chocolate is perfect in the winter.

The product is good. A lot to choose from and always busy. Unfortunately the staff sucks. Very unhelpful. Made me feel like I was bothering them.

The ace is spotless! The hazelnut gelaro was to die for. Always offered water and or samples when we visit. The staff is caring and very well trained.

I like Frost. Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient staff and super-good Gelaro. Here's my one suggestion: at least one more no-sugar-added alternative. There are just two at any one time, and one of them is always chocolate.

While Frost can be a bit pricey, it is certainly worth it. For one, the ice cream is dense that allows for enjoyment without being heavy where you feel bloated or dealing with a significant sugar rush. Additionally, there are a bunch of fun and unique flavors, along with dairy-free options. Overall, you get an experience that can t be replicated elsewhere, along with top-notch enjoyment

This is a MUST go location!! Great service friendly. Wide selection and rates up on my top 5 of gelato places across the states. Okay maybe in top 3!! Who knew? Tucson!

Good gelato and cute place, but what phony, overzealous "friendly service"! When I first entered the shop, I politely asked if there was a bike rack nearby. With no apology or sense of concern, they told me "no." So I brought my bike inside (there being only three customers and a lot of space), upon which they asked me to leave my bike outside, unlocked. Finally, they never asked what size I wanted and instead chose the $5 cup for me. Ow.

The store was very clean and neat with the modern decor. There were three people working and all of them were able to have a small line very efficiently. They even let you taste any of the flavors you'd like before ordering it.

Not only do they have the smoothest gelato in Tucson but a great staff.

Ill never go to anywhere else to get a delicious frozen treat ever again

Not sure if this place could be any better! I loved the alpencaramel, and I mixed it with the chocolate with hazel nuts. $5 for a medium is pretty steep, but I get it.

I can't eat dairy or corn, so I really appreciate their good variety of sorbet that is sweetened with regular sugar (no corn products like dextrose used.) It is so creamy it almost seems like gelato. And my husband loves their gelato. Very authentic.

Frost Gelato was great experience with my wonderful family and it s my parents first time enjoying Italian gelato on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with me and my big check from my job.

I LOVE coming here and getting a gelato milk shake! It's always friendly and has great flavors. I also like that they sell quarts and pints here.

We always visit frost Gelato whenever we come to Tuscan. The selection that you have is so vast it is amazing how many different flavors that you have to choose from. The flavors are great and the amount that you receive is a lot as well.

Great treats for roughly the same price you'd spend on any ice cream place. Large selection of flavors and a variety of ways to deliver them to your mouth.
