Gotta say that I loved the recliners. It did add that little extra to the viewing experience. The ticket prices were a slight savings over Harkins. The addition of a loyalty program (as popcorn and sodas add up quickly) would make me more inclined to not drive a bit further to Harkins. Otherwise for a smaller sized theatre it was a nice time out at the movies.

clean and welcoming, nice little bar and sitting area to hang out in while waiting for friends before the movie starts. One of the best things about the experience is the reclining chairs. Get comfy with your popcorn and enjoy yourself.

Picture Show is an alright theater. I haven't really had the best of customer service from this place. Concessionsists I have had seemed rather uninterested or bored when helping when it comes to snacks and drinks.

It's kind of an unwelcoming feeling when employees seem uninterested when it comes to assisting customers

I don't usually see ushers aside the fact this theater is very clean!

Seats are very nice and enjoyable, prices are very reasonable for the majority.

Best theater ever. They serve alcohol if that is your thing and they have full leather reclining chairs (though look before you leap). Tip: If you go on the week nights to the late shows sometimes you will have the theater all to yourselves...not sure if that is a good thing for Picture Show, but for me it is.

We enjoy going to a smaller theater from time to time, so pop in to Picture Show here and there. It's mostly a positive experience. One of the drawbacks was the terrible state of the chairs, which we saw they recently fixed. So good on ya Picture Show! We've also noticed some wear & tear on several of the screens, which has been going on for years. You mostly forget about it an hour into a movie, but then you get a scene with a lot of white and you start noticing the dark/cloudy spots on the screen. Not a deal-breaker, but a bit of a drawback.

However, a major gripe is the assigned seating. There are rarely enough attendees to make it useful, and the fact that the ticketing system won't allow you to buy tickets if you leave a single empty seat near you is incredibly frustrating (especially if a row has say, 6 seats, one person gets the aisle and your group of 4 can't buy tickets because it will leave that last seat empty). I get the theory behind it, but in application all it does is annoy. Especially when you go in and everyone ends up sitting where they want anyway.

If it weren't for those issues, I'd give 5 stars.

Great place to enjoy a movie. Chairs recline. They take Harkins cups and we got a free popcorn refill on our tub. It cost me 50 cents more than Harkins to gave a comfy recliner. But reserve seats only. We waited for next show so we could sit together and screen showed our showing with few seats but it was half full during movie. So what is up with that?

I love that we can buy our tickets online, select our seats in advance & show the phone confirmation at the concessions counter while getting drinks/popcorn, we get the tickets printed in one stop. The lounging chairs are the absolute most comfortable ever! Handicap accessible seating & bathrooms available. Separate gender bathrooms. There is also a small sports bar inside to the left of the lobby. Beer & wine are served & consumed in that area only.

It was easy to get our tickets on line, and get to our seats .When we got to the theatre, we went to the ticket counter, and by showing our credit card they were able to find our tickets instantly. After that we proceeded to take our seats. Nice!

Comfortable seating with wheelchair and handicap access, fair pricing and discounts. Newer movies have plenty of show times to choose from and assigned seating. Buying tickets is a breeze with self serve kiosks and buying tickets early is easily done too. Best theater in the area. Would recommend for family night or date night.

Amazing place!! For about $7.50 per ticket you'll get the most comfortable seats ever. They are made of "pleather" but they are... reclinable!!! With the push of a button you'll feel like you are watching a movie from your own home.
Popcorn is really good and with the combo 1 you'll have a refill on your huge tub!!! We always eat at least one and a half!!!

Huge parking lot, including several handicap parking spaces. The best attraction is the reclining theatre style seating. Usually a good variety of movies to select from. The day we went, there were only a few choices & only 2 that we had heard of in advance, none that we were interested in seeing. Normally, there are Academy Award winning movies playing, so we didn't check in advance. Disappointing, as we don't get out to see movies often.

Love this theater, even though the seats are starting to show a lot of wear. Prices are great for kids & seniors, concession prices are good on most items- not outlandish, and 95% of the time, the popcorn is fresh & warm.

Only paid $2 a ticket to watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. A classic of course. Glad we had this option during this pandemic. Everyone was nice it was very clean and always a good time. Thanks for being open!

They started the wrong movie, then started the ads again for another movie. The movie I went to see started without any sound. Then the last few minutes cut into the next showing so the lights came up and the ads for the next movie started playing over the movie.
I only gave 2 stars because they gave everyone a voucher for another movie at the end.

Nice
