Going to this theatre in Prescott was the best experience of the two day visit (it was extremely cold so we didn't do much). The reclining seats and spacious surroundings made watching Star Wars even better! Would go here again if we're ever in the area. And the prices were very reasonable as well.

Their prices is great and the chairs are so comfortable but the place has gone down hill recently. There is never enough staff working and their staff tends to be rude . They have a bar inside but I have never seen anyone working it, even when there are guests sitting at the bar. So the assigned seats are terrible, maybe it was a bigger theater it would be a good idea, but for a theater that size it is not necessary. There have been multiple times that I have gone to the movies and left because the assigned seats. They also took the popcorn sprinkles away. Currently the only reasons I go to that theater is for the $5 Tuesday movies (if something good is playing & nothing else to do that night) and for the chairs. I wish they would remodel a little and train their staff better.

Most of the time this is a great theater and I love the pre buy and pre book your ticket option but it's really been sliding lately. In the restroom today there was icy or something sticky spilled all over the floor and while they had time to put down signs they hadn't even bothered to clean it up. We were also late to our movie because there wasn't enough cashier's and the young man at the register was obviously new. Hope this was just a fluke day :(

Do yourself a favor and go to Harkins. Harkins appreciates your business more. The customer service here was terrible. No smiles. No thank yous. The woman behind the counter (she may have been the owner, or a higher up manager. Older, no uniform, heavy, brown hair) acted like she was being put out to have to help us. The recliners are nice but way past time to replace. Torn, ripped up. Assigned seating is helpful for the big blockbuster premiers, but annoying for just you're average run to the movies. Harkins popcorn is way tastier, plus here you have to pay for the flavored seasoning stuff. Harkins gives it to you for free. They don't even have carriers to help you carry everything to your seat. I have kids so it was very difficult to try to balance popcorn, drinks, and snacks without some kind of holder. One last thing, the bathroom was run down and dirty. Not to keep boosting Harkins, it's just our only other option, but they always have pristine bathrooms. Not to mention all their loyalty items and reward programs. They actually appreciate and want your business. This will be my last visit to this Picture Show theater .... EVER!!!!

We love this theater! The staff is great, the reclining chairs are so comfortable and the experience is altogether fantastic! We had my daughter's birthday party there and it was so much fun and super affordable! We won't go anywhere else!

The seats are amazing and I love that you can put your own butter on the popcorn. Super cheap snacks and tickets. Much cheaper than harkins. I wish the staff cared more though. Problem customers are ignored and it can really ruin a movie when people are on the phone or bring a baby to an r rated movie. Staff doesn't care and doesn't do much of anything to correct it, which is a bit of a shame.

We love this place. We're an hour away in Cottonwood, but its worth the drive or Harkins in Sedona, Flag, or Prescott. Love the seating and assigned seating, the food is decent, and it never feels like you're crammed in because the seats are oversized and recline.

LOVE the seats, but they are super anti gun which I don t like because

A this is Prescott, AZ

Kinda random location but over all I like it because again the seats are amazing!

My husband and I went here on a date-night not expecting much. We though the theater would be a run-down place with broken seats, but we were DEFINITELY WRONG. This place was seriously awesome. Every seat was a recliner, the theater was clean, and the staff was surprisingly friendly for your average high schooler. Great place for family or dates.

Went Saturday to a childs movie that had been out of at least a month, on the first showing of the day. I was told I had to reserve my seats for the two of us. I was shown a computer screen with the entire back row already filled. Was asked where I wanted to sit, I pointed to the middle row, middle seats and was told "she was unable to sell me those seats because the first two seats in the row were already sold, and we would either need to purchase the seats immediately next to those people, (because she isn't allowed to have gaps in between seats) or I could choose the next row up which had no purchased seats and I could choose to sit wherever we would like." Wha wha what!? How does that make any sense? Needless to say, when we got inside the theater, there were a couple people in the backrow and no one in the row we were told we had to purchase seats next to, so we sat where ever we wanted. This may help alleviate lines for blockbuster openings for the theater, but for day to day regular showings, this is completely customer unfriendly! I'm not sure who thought this was a brilliant idea, but it is POOR customer service! I'll be damned if you think I'm buying a ticket to be told where to sit.

I dont believe this movie theater is currently opened but the last time I went to watch a movie at this theater the seats were the nicest theater seats I've ever had while watching a movie at a theater. The prices were comparable with all the other theaters around and the concessions stand had alot to offer as far as food drinks and snacks .great popcorn and extra butter available for the popcorn pur hases .if this theater us still opened to the public I totally give them a red 5 star review and rating .

I just love this Theater! It's clean, the employees are great, and the seats are amazing! They recline and are very wide. At this Theater, you also select your seats when you purchase your tickets.

The 'Picture Show' theater at Frontier Village on Highway 69, east of Prescott is a great place to see a movie. Buy your tickets and reserve your seats online, or use the terminal where the box office would be inside. Luxury recliner seating. The previews are played at Max volume, so be prepared if you're hearing sensitive.

I haven't been to a movie theater in years. That is mostly because of the lousy theaters
as well as the less than stellar movies. I saw a movie matinee today and it was the best
experience I've had for a very long time. The place was clean, the crowd was quiet, courteous
and respectful. I won't hesitate to go back and hope there are some good movies to see......

I am giving Picture Show Frontier Village this review because I think it is needed. Picture Show, when it opened, was like no other movie theater I had ever experienced... unmatched in seating, and much cleaner than its predecessor, conveniently located near the center of Prescott. Around two weeks ago, they implemented a policy of assigning seats to those who do not buy their tickets online... a ridiculous, unnecessary policy about which I know none happy. Should Picture Show repeal this abomination, and return to its former openness, I will return its previous rating of five stars, otherwise well deserved.

The chairs are getting a little worn but the theater is a good place to go. I love the reclining chairs and the fact that their pricing seems to be cheaper than the other movie theater in town.
