Just over a year ago, Frontier Management, LLC took on the responsibility of managing the community I work at. While I had never been a part of management change in LTC, I had heard all of these horror stories of what could happen. I am so pleased to say that none of it happened. Their team came in, made themselves available to us, did not raise rents or fire everyone and bring in their own team. They did not lower salaries or the quality of care we provided. Instead, they honored our hire dates, salaries, worked to keep our current systems in place or updated as needed. They took time to explain things and encourage the community leadership to do the same for the onsite employees, residents and families. I have had the pleasure of speaking with/working with quite a few leaders and all of my interactions with them have been professional, friendly, and anytime I need help with my challenges, they are always responsive and supportive. I have seen and enjoyed working with a company that has high standards for themselves and the people under their watch. It is important to me to know that I work with a team with values and ethics and I will always recommend them. While some may say that our services are expensive, I would ask them to consider the level of care we provide, the cost of that care and then to consider what is truly important. Even if someone cannot afford us, we are always here to help them find something that will work for them.
We have been developing marketing materials for Frontier communities for more than 11 years. Throughout the organization, from the executive team to the community managers, everyone is gracious and quick to respond to any request we send their way!
It is clear that they put a high value on quality of service to their communities.
Not true to their words. They go by core values they dont even go by. Some place should be shut down. Seems like this place doesn't care about employees and the facilities .They won't even respond to any left messages. Everyone is hard to get ahold of which is sad. I would never be apart of a careless company again. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt even rate 1 star.
Disappointed with the experience of staffing turnovers where my mother lived. Once the manager left who had been there when she moved in, corporate took over. The therapeutic interactions between staff and residents stopped. Some of those residents considered the staff their only family as some rarely have visitors due to family being too far away. The constant change was unsettling and I saw my mother become bitter and negative as a result. Only reason we did not move her is she had become friends with a few residents. Now Mom has passed away. There are issues than we are just learning about in the way my mother was charged. Unbeknownst to us and the staff, my mother should of signed a paper in order to not be billed for care during the 18 days in January she was in the hospital and the 4 weeks in February she was in rehab. Plus I doubt we will see any deposit back. But this is a learning experience for our family as I am a senior. Now there are things that my children will be able to ask about when I get put into a home due to my handicaps. As of today I can wash my hands of Frontier Corp and let my sister handle the final bill. I wanted to share this experience with others so they can protect their loved ones financially from charges they could be billed for if they don't sign that "unknown" addendum and share that the residents are missing out on therapeutic interaction with staff. Staff should be able to greet residents gracefully and not just come in and do what's necessary and then leave without making that resident feeling cared for and cared about.
I have been working with Frontier Management for over a year now and everyone has been wonderful to work with! They are responsive and engaged and truly care about the lives and health of their residents as well as their families. I would definitely consider a Frontier property for a loved one when the time comes!
These people have heart. Unlike some management groups, Frontier really cares about their communities. The group here works hard, supports each other, and tries to create the best environment they can for seniors across the country.
I love my Frontier family! It s a great honor to work with such incredibly talented individuals. Frontier gives us the support and training we need to be successful in reaching Both community and personal goals. I have found the corporate team has a big heart and is always available to help us when we need it. I am coming up on my 3rd year with company and look forward to many happy years to come :) Thank you Frontier Family for all that you do for us employees and the wonderful families we serve
Frontier Management is one of the finest senior care companies operating in the industry today. We have been a partner with them for over 15 years, and can say that their management/ownership team is some of the finest we have ever had the privileged to work with in the industry. Frontier's commitment to providing top notch care to their residents is apparent in everything that they do, from the partners that they choose to work with, to the staff who keep things running at corporate, to the employees at the communities caring for our loved ones every day as if they were their own. A First in Class company from start to finish.
Frontier Management has been one of the biggest pleasures to work with. No matter the team member, place, or time, you can feel that they all come from a place of love!
Typical corporation. They have no true interest in their companies, or their companie's employees. I'm sure they're good people outside of their jobs, but as a whole they are more dysfunctional than the Kardashians. This is coming from a person who has never left a bad review, I prefer open and honest conversation, but this company like most hides behind a veil of core values that they know they can't live up to. I'm not telling you not to work for this company or not to do business with them. But I just hope that those who represent frontier can rise above the bureaucracy bs and treat their fellow humans as humans and not numbers. We all have a job to do and families to support, but don't get so caught up in the illusion that you forget what it's all about. You're mission statement is to enrich the life of your residents and make for a meaningful experience. But the reality is not so, and that's because you lack connection and personal involvement. And you fired me because I spoke up, and now my family and I have to struggle to get to the next checkpoint. But that's ok, we will find another mountain to summit. Please, don't leave a cheesy "we really want to change your point of view" reply, I know you're marketing team is on it! Just make sure you're heart is in it for the residents who live in your facilities, because I have seen the abuse first hand. And they above anyone, deserve it the most.
The normal rent at your facility is not even affordable for the average elderly person. Nevertheless EVERY year you raise the rent $100 to make it even more unaffordable. Now you're charging your elderly tennants covid-19 "fees" equaling $400 over 6 months. This is not even for a resident that requires special assistance from staff, these are just charges for just general living there. You're making insane profit off the elderly and it's disgusting!
