Work hard and you can move up. I was an unknown there working on the graveyard shift doing data entry. Before you knew it, I was lead. Then I got moved to a Business Analyst position , and from there went into Telco Analyst. I know other employees that moved up as well. The only reason I took away a star was because they couldn't pay me what my new job was offering. lol. I loved Epiq. Good and the bad.

As a temp worker working in the mail room, I have to say that the supervisor in our Dept was dissmisive and a little rude. She was more than 1/2 hour late on our second day. We wound up standing around waiting for her to show up.
She had a nasty attitude and didn't seem to appreciate our work . I didn't like it. A she was not open to suggestions on how we were set up. We had a streamlined
Process worked and set up with my team. Then she suddenly shows up, takes over, changes up everything and dismissed our set up operation. It was a more productive set up,
a great system going . She was unwilling and didn't care. She told us we were going to do it her way. Even though we were doing very well. She had a very unpleasant attitude. I almost walked out.
I Wouldn't recommend working there. In my experience.

Great company to work for, I won't be leaving for a long time. Very competitive pay compared to other jobs doing similar work.

Many people are giving 1 star because they were hired as a temp by a staffing agency which makes it well known it's temp work. Once the work is done many people are no longer needed. The management does their best to hold onto those they see doing good work, or atleast contact them again once there is more work available. Don't let those reviews sway you from working with some of the nicest and most intelligent people I've ever worked with.

I have been employed here for 2 weeks now. Epiq is a well established business who treats there employees like gold. I am just a contractor there, yet they still treat me like I am part of there family. I finally found my new home. I am grateful to finally find a company who cares about there employees and provides great service to there clients.

Although I did not like cubicles facing other people EPIQ gave me a job until I landed my State of Oregon job. It provided for my families needs, Adecco was great. My boss Amy Johnson was great, her tech William the staff. Great place and work which was different than anything Ive ever done. Thank you EPIQ for this opportunity.

I love working at Epiq. There's a really flexible, supportive culture here. The pay is competitive, and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement or simply change to find the best role within the company for each person. I'm a contract employee, but I am never treated like "just a temp" here. Team vibe is strong.

Epiq has the worst management. They do not value their employees, they do not train anyone properly, they pay you very low wages and demand very much from you. You will have a hard time becoming a permanent employee. Even if you are or not they will chew you up & spit you out.

Lets talk about the work environment, each day the drama is enough to jump ship. Makes you feel like you are in grade school. The petty tattle tales, the bizarre rules that seem to change each day, the drama.

Epiq systems is not a place I would recommend for any of my family or friends. I had a very bad experience working here and hope Epiq will change many of their practices to help them be a better company to work for.

Epiq systems has horrible hiring practices. I was hired as a temp through Adecco for this place. I went from data entry to creating a new department in just a year. You would think that would earn me a permanent position with the company. It didn't. All I received for my troubles is the humiliation of watching people, who were less qualified and far less crucial, recieve permanent positions with benefits. Then, when I raised concerns about this unfair practice, they fired me for some bogus reason.

Epiq Systems was a huge disappointment. I wish they were a bit wiser about their hiring and firing.

While the employees are kind, and great to work with, the company itself is not. It's the hiring of a new supervisor a large portion of our team was fired without warning. Truly a shame. I would not recommend any friend here.

Worked for a week in the mailroom via Adecco, be careful in the mailroom breakroom! It is easy to trip and fall over the benches, they are replacing the furniture in there to make it safer.
