I use to go here as a kid all the time throughout the summer, taking my kids here now I've realized a lot has changed. I don't know if it because ownership has changed or what, but they don t have as much as they use to. And the food & drink prices are way too high. It's fun, just not as much things to enjoy here like it had a few years ago.

Our kids (9 & 13) love this place. We have season passes so we got for a few hours at a time. They love riding a few rides then cooling off in the water park. The food is overpriced and not that great. Many things are a let down. Rides not working. The Quick Draw needs to completely overhauled. They had all year long and it still doesn t work like it s supposed to. With 6 Flags taking this over we thought there would be some things finally taken care of the right way. Nope.

An amazing park. Our club is based out of it. If you don't think it's worth the $36.00 ticket, join our club and get in for $22.00 instead. The park is full of classic rides and has improved since Six Flags jumped off board. It's not overly priced and if you buy a season pass, which if you plan on visiting more than twice you should, you get 15% off of everything you buy there. So all together. It's a great park, has some good new rides, including a Larson Loop called Brain Drain. Worth a visit, and it's right off of I-35 in Oklahoma City, OK.

There are a few fun rides, but nothing amazing. The gunfight show is entertaining. It's still a fun place to go for a day with a group of friends or something, but I don't know that I would want to go there often enough to ever get a pass.

So today we had a family reunion at the park while walking around the park we decided to go ride go karts. We witnessed a young girl maybe 14-15 go into a seizure then go head first into the wall 3 times while the employees just sit there and watch. I ran through the gates to help the little girls mother stop the go kart while the girl was still unconscious and the employees didn t do anything but stand there. After we got the go kart shut off we realized the young girl was bleeding on her foot well we realized that some how when she hit the wall she ripped almost a baseball size hole in the bottom of her foot. The employees had no first aide kits so I took my belt off wrapping it around her let to try and stop the bleeding. Then the girls dad took his shirt off to help control the bleeding. Meanwhile it took the medics 15 mins to get to the track. I understand a lot of the employees here are probably high school kids but they definitely need a lot more training for situations like that. Poor poor decisions made by the staff and the medical staff at the park today.

We have had season passes for the past 2 years and been happy with it but with the shut down and now working at 25% capacity and requiring reservations, I am not able to get a reservation for anytime this whole summer for White Water Bay/Hurricane Harbor which is the main reason we buy season passes every year. I bought our passes in September when they went on sale for the next year like I always do and now am not able to use them. BUT if I act like I am going to buy tickets for Hurricane Harbor I am able to pick almost any day I want and make a reservation and buy tickets. This is just really BAD customer service. If they are working on 25% capacity then season pass holders who have basically already bought their tickets should be able to get in just like a daily ticket buyer if there are spots available. They need a better system or I need my money back. I have called both Frontier City management and national Six Flags management and have been dismissed and then told I would receive an email or phone call and no one has called or emailed. I'm about to bring this to the attention of the media, unfortunately.

July 7th 2018. Hot but felt good enough to arrive a little after 1 knowing that Eli Young Band was due on stage at 9. Then after the FREE concert was two back to back AMAZING firework displays. The park and rides were on point. Park staff was great. Recommended buy your tickets online. For our group of five I saved almost $40.! Overall Frontier City knows how to throw a party! Thanks.. 4 's..

Great family fun park. Very nostalgic, love all the rides even the crazy ones! Biggest downside I noticed today was lack of shade... For most rides. At least we could all get wet at the water park area!

I love taking my little brother and sister to Fright Fest l, it's something we enjoy every year. This year I loved the Family Fun Pass that included a meal. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the family fun pass didn't included the haunted house tickets, so I purchased them separately -which is okay- but planning our day at fright fest, I looked online and it stated "Fright Fest hours 12pm-11pm" so, around 10pm we wrapped up the roller coaster rides and headed to the haunted house. When we got there they had already closed, and the lady stated they closed at 10. I was unaware of this, and was pretty upset considering it was the end of fright fest, and we had already bought the tickets earlier that day, and they were non refundable. The kids were pretty bummed out, but I should've double checked the time's for Sunday specifically.

Frightfest this year was the worst one I've been to yet. 4 years ago worker's were dressed up running around the park scaring people, everything was very Halloween and deserving of being called Frightfest. The last few years it has been steadily dropping off, hardly any ghouls running around but still somewhat interesting. This year there was one that I saw, no Frightfest cups, charging to go in the haunted zones that were short but semi ok, and quite a few workers seem to be irritated themselves and a little rude, and the ghoul dancers weren't even there. Basically except for two scare zones and a DJ you had to pay to see anything that resembles Frightfest. It seems to be a shell of what it was. And to top it off I tried bringing some family that drove up from Healdton because we supposedly had bring a friend for free to Frightfest on our flash sale passes that they didn't honor and I had to pay to get them in. Bring back the dancers, bring back the cups, and bring back the ghouls running around, and make the park Frightfest again. I'm not sure if Six Flags is messing it up or if this is a transition year, but if it's the same next year I will not be as excited anymore about Frightfest.

Still a lot of great things about Frontier City, but ever since Six Flags purchased it, prices have gone up on everything. Rules and regulations have been added to everything. The park existed perfectly for 50 years without their involvement. It's ridiculous.

Lots of fun rides for all ages. I liked that they had metal detectors at the front gate. Maps were readable and very easy to follow. There is a playground that is huge and the little one were all over it. Good place to take a moment or ten to rest!

I grew up going to frontier city. I would like to see it stay and thrive. Bf&&asic things are being over looked. Trash is the main thing. I wish people would care more, and find a dang trash can!

The day my husband took my niece, nephew, daughter & grandson evidentially was not a good day for Frontier City. We have gone every year for several years & have never had any issues but this time, in which I was unable to attend, they stated that a large part of the rides were closed & several they waited in line for ended up closing due to maintenance problems. One female employee was very rude to my 4 year old grandson & my daughter. I do not know all the details but under no circumstance should an employee ever raise their voice to a customer. If the customer is being that unreasonable then they should call security. My daughter was just trying to get her son who was trying to get on the ride they was originally told they could enter. Never touch another persons child unless they are in danger, which he was not. He just didn't understand why he waited & then couldn't ride the ride. Like I said before we have always had great experiences with Frontier City. Just a bad day on all parties involved.

Just saw the video of the little girl and her family kicked out because she is asthmatic and it was 97 degrees outside and she couldn't breathe with a mask on. Apparently her health isn't as important as others. Sounds like and ADA issue to me. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

The Silver Bullet got stuck AGAIN!!! When are you going to tear this old coaster down? Seems every year it breaks down and people get stuck for hours. Six Flags Entertainment Corporation operates it now and still has issues.

So many things to do here. There are plenty of places to eat, although they are pretty costly. Several places to refill your drink. If you buy a souvenir cup, you can get 99 cent refills. Tons of rides, some of which are for little kids. There are gently rides and there are rough ones. There are bathrooms throughout the park aswell.

I have been a double-park season pass holder for 7 Straight years now. Usually everything is great visiting either park. Occasionally a ride or two at each park may not be operational which is disappointing. Most of the time staff is awesome. Though now SIX FLAGS will be running the parks and literally tripling the season pass prices. I think I ll be opting out for 2019. So long frontier city and white water. #hatesixflagsprices

The rides are fun and all, but my biggest thing is the service. The people in the arcade center where they serve food are so inconsiderate and rude. It makes me sad to give such a good place a bad rating, but it just absolutely ruins the whole experience :(

Great attraction. Rides are fun. Lines weren't too bad on a Monday. Entry and tax was a little high, but not bad compared to other theme parks. Wish that so many rides wouldn't have been shut down for maintenance when we got there. Great family experience though.

Parking was expensive. Gate admission was expensive. Food and drinks were expensive. At least six major rides and at least one kiddie ride were shut down in peak season. The water area for kids they say is open on their website was gated off. Whoever said there was a petting zoo is crazy. There wasn't a petting zoo 20 years ago and there isn't one now. Most of the games had their lights on but nobody behind the booths. Only saw one active game. One of the ride operators, the Prairie Schooner/Phantoms Fury/Pirate Ship dropped his key and the ride was stalled. 20+years ago this place was great, (maybe because I was a kid, maybe because they had all rides and booths operational back then). If Six Flags does own Frontier City now they made a bad investment or they're trying to slowly shut this place down. Best thing I can say was that a few of the staff, (especially the photo woman in the booth near the entrance and the "jail"), were friendly. The others seemed to be lost, bored. The area it is located may have been good a long time ago but it is iffy now. I would rather spend a little more money and go to Silver Dollar City. Seriously, I think Frontier City is about to join Bell's and Dogpatch as becoming another defunct park.

Disappointing. Very small park geared more towards families with young children. There were many rides for small kids, but only a handful of bigger "extreme thrill" coasters. The rides labeled "extreme thrill" were underwhelming. To make matters worse, two of the extreme rides were closed for maintenance. Corona meant lines were short, which meant my husband and I could do a few rides and leave within an hour.

Not the park from my childhood. From $20 parking to $50 for a pizza (that was low quality and burned) everything is overpriced. The restrooms were dirty and smelled of urine and the place was in disrepair. Someone smoked weed in one of the rides right in front of my 6 year old. I am sad to see it this way. I hope Six Flags puts some money in it to get it back.
