Skip it. Not worth what we paid. Customer service won't even answer. They've removed the ability to talk to a human being from their phone system. Very disappointed.

There very rude at the ticket line and waited 2 hrs at the pizza place. Then my child was tall enough to ride the ride and they wouldn't let him on a waste of money
Was so upset yesterday because we drove 1 1/2 hours and only got to stay 2 hours before they shut the park down. We wasted so much money and time. We spent more time driving to and from than at the actual park. We love FrightFest and got screwed due to weather this year. So sadly disappointed
We enjoy the holiday in the park at Frontier City. The lines were not long and making s'mores over an open fire was fun with my son. With the snow (soap being sprayed like falling snow) and the carolers, it was a neat experience. Hope to make it back before it is over for the season.
Been here once for the Halloween festival. We had a great time. We plan to go back during the regular season. We haven't been on all the rides yet, but I really enjoyed the spinning barrel ride (not sure the name of the ride). Oklahoma City Local Guides
You pay one price and ride all of the rides as much as you want. There thyme is the old Western days, and they have shows through out the day.The kids loved it.
What happened Six Flags? Thought you guys were going to make this a premier destination. Over Half the rides are closed. Half the staff thinks they're the gestapo.
My determination is this. At this time, its a waste of money. They should only be charging half price since they only have less than half the rides open. Secondly, they should educate thier staff on treatment of patrons. A little respect goes a long way. Staff was rude to many patrons, would not be surprised to see this place close in the next year.
Not worth it, dont waste the time or money. Take your kids to do something enjoyable rather than spend so much on something that's only 25% functional.
Update; Six Flags replied to my review asking me to contact them, I replied, and never received a follow up. Been over a month and no response. Just adds to the customer service. Thanks again.
This is our 2nd time to go and everyone had such a blast. Things for all ages to do. Lots of rides, games, food. Just a great place to take the family.
I loved it it was so so fun i met new bts armys and we got along just fine although it was hot its fun the btain drain i would not get on again its was funny but if u really hate hights like me then thats not a good ride for you!
I am tossed between giving one star and a 2. I give it a 2 due to an awesome concert line up this last summer. We get the parking pass when they first open for the summer. It was under $10 I think. I m sure it won t be that cheap now that the prices are jacked thru the Roof. We pay ALOT for 2 season passes. We went out to fright fest and to our surprise all but 3-4 scare zones were an additional charge. The free ones were so lame it was almost laughable. I can tell you that won t last long. It s just to expensive. We took 5 people out there and it was well over $200 between food and additional scare zones. Hope you guys rethink that. It s not a Six Flags over Texas kind of attraction. I m interested to see how Holiday in the park goes. Please bring back the old frontier city.
It is FrightFest time, is very good for families and friends, a lot of fun, times varies, Fridays they close at 11:00 pm Saturdays at 11:30 pm, if you have the meal plan you can use it until 7:30 pm, free refills until close. You have to pay to see the hounted houses, is 19.99 plus tax, depends if you have a membership, you get it free with Diamond and Diamond Elite. I recommend Loaded Nachos, very good.

Absolute RIP off me and my family went to the park I have 2 young children that wanted to play in the water park area. A lot if rides are shut down and as we were getting to water park area it was shut down as well, for water testing the log flume was shut down this place is definitely not worth the money you pay
. There's no where on any of their online services that tell you about handcap prices. People that are wheelchair bound and can't ride anything just roll around in chair. How much is a ticket for a paralyzed veteran..someone please answer the phones this is sept 2020 still waiting on an answer
We have gotten frontier city passes for years but this year is going to be the best by far! You can really tell there has been an influx of money and updates/new rides since the park was bought by six flags! It definitely good to see the investment and makes me k ow my family will be able to continue to enjoy the park for years to come!
It was my first time here and they don't have much to ride. My kids and I went to six flags in Arlington tx a couple years ago and compared to this Arlington is much better. I will be taking my kids here for there first time soon but after that I like we will go to other locations
Loved the Six Flags membership and meal plan. Park needs better food options like chicken wings. Rides are very plain, wished Six Flags would install a ride that further gives it an identity, a reason to want to go there for a cool ride.
Me and my family love frontier city and we buy passes every year. We love fright fest but we were very disappointed with the cost of parking, and we had to pay for the mini haunted houses that we usually enjoy every year.
Way too busy on a Saturday night during Frightfest. The place was overwhelmed. Out of almost everything, and lines were way too long. However, they do an amazing job with turning the park into a huge haunted playground.
First off, great theming! Second, love the rides! Now for the negatives! First off, I ended up waiting half an hour for a plastic spoon! Second, I was cut in line at least ten times, so I eventually had to do the cutting! Third, I ended up leaving with a very bad headache. Fourth, I was accused of stalking for the first time in my life! Frontier City, I understand that you take guest safety seriously. However, this park is only 55 acres. That is not a lot of room, and it is just a coincidence if people end up at the same ride a couple of times! Also, everyone is in a mask and half the people are in a hat and sunglasses, so it is very easy to be mistaken for someone else. I lost 15 minutes of my day trying to convince security that I was not a stalker! Next, customer service was not ideal. The vendors in Fort Frontier on August 16 were in the back playing around and joking with each other. My cup was even dropped on the ground because they were playing around and i had to get a new one! The line also moved extremely slow for food because they were so busy and focused on each other that they weren t really paying a whole lot of attention to their customers. However, it wasn t all of them. There were a minority who actually seemed to care about the customers, and were trying to keep the line moving. So, overall, there are good and bad things about this park. I would say it s a little bit below average for an amusement park. I enjoyed my time here, with some small issues and accusations, but probably won t be back here anytime soon.
This park has come a long way, but still as a little further to go before it finally becomes a solid theme park like Oklahoma is so desperate for. The park is clean, well themed, and managed decently. The rides are nice, but old and tired. They really need to invest in some new major rides.
If your going to go more then twice just get the season passes with the dinner passes. I take 3 kids under 6 and at the max stay 4 hrs but we always get the meal with drink & the snack (all included with the dinner pass). There is surprisingly a lot to do even for the 2 year old.
Everyone was really stuck up the day I went Idk if it was just a bad day or what but I'm a really hyper person and several times called everyone out for not enjoying any of it
We basically had the park to ourselves. Everyone was very friendly. We had to wear a mask, which was very hot, but we understood. My kids and I had a blast.
We went the last time for the season yesterday and the clerk wouldn't let me use my discount because she said it wasn't a 2019 pass. That was unfair and stupid. They don't give much of a discount on mercandise any way so when you think you are finally getting one it was diisappointing.
Frontier City was very disappointing. I arrived before the group to buy tickets. I was sent to one window, then inside to customer service only to be sent back to the outside window. Each cast member was rude! Finally, at the third cast member's whim, she decided to ask for help and lo and behold, the group discount I had just informed all 3 of them of was miraculously available. She printed the tickets and shoved them out the little hole; no thank you enjoy our park, no would you like a map, or anything else. Fast forward 3 hours to bring the group to the park. Security and metal detecting were very nice and polite. They were jovial and indicative of people wanting you to enjoy your day and come back to keep their salary coming. When we got into the park everything was clean and neat. The restroom was old but very well stocked. The worst part, was that so many of the rides were closed or non-operational. On one ride, 3 cast members actually stood up and looked at us wait to get on a ride and continued their conversation among themselves. A few of the more interesting rides, like the skyline, had an extra cover charge. I will NOT be visiting this park EVER again! Not only that, I will tell everyone who will listen to save their money and sit by the pool at their hotel. On top of all that, there was a $20 parking charge for a lot full of potholes. This place was not even worth the thought!
We had a wonderful time. I have one suggestion and could help with it if needed. Please update all the places online with the correct schedules. We arrived at 10:45 because Google listing said that was opening time and we were not the only ones, the official website had no times listed until we located the event calendar later, Facebook page has no hours listed and Alexa said it opens at 5pm. All of this can be updated easily. The website is in definite need of updating. I can help if you need it and would be willing to work it out for trade if that is preferable.
Reminds me of Knott's Berry Farm when I was a kid - about 40 years ago. Found it rather annoying that I couldn't find a restroom easily. They really need to add a lot more facilities. And frankly they need to invest more on their Fright Fest. I've seen high schools put on a better show.
Well worth the money spent for an excellent variety of roller coasters and rides for the family. We could ride everything more than once without waiting in line for more than 10 minutes which is TONS better than how it is at theme parks in NJ where we are accustomed to at least 2 hour wait times on weekends for one ride. Very friendly staff and clean grounds. Can't wait to go back!
It was a small, cute version of the Six Flags parks we've visited before. Not a lot of thrill rides and we got there right after it opened so no lines. Came back after 6 for Fright Fest and our kids enjoyed the haunted house. Don't expect a big park like STL or Dallas and you'll be fine.
Fairly pricey but decent sized park and rides. The place needs upkeep, cleaning and more staff for sure. I would have given this place 2 stars but the water park area was very impressive.
