It was my first time seeing the Kahlo exhibit. It was very moving. Building itself is wonderful.

Wonderful show! A lot of history was provided for each piece which gave you a better understanding of the artist & what they had painted.

The Frida exhibit was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I left feeling completely refreshed and inspired.

Beautiful art deco building that is as much a piece of art as what they have in the galleries. Loved my visit here

I was actually pretty disappointed going to the Frist. I paid twelve dollars to enter this large three story building. When I went in it took me less than an hour to see everything. They had two exhibits on the first floor and nothing on the others.

Came during one of the free days. I really like the historic look of the building, you could tell they gutted a post office and really did a good job of putting a unique look to it. The art was lesser known but arranged well and easy vantage points. Would come back again for new exhibits.

Not a lot to view, but was half price today normally and free for military.

Robust art work upstairs. Gift shop was subpar.

Always well presented shows with a great blend of classic and modern art exhibitions.

This is a great place for adults and kids. However, make sure you ask for a parking voucher or else you will have to pay $10 an hour to park. Your receipt is not the parking voucher.

Really enjoyed the exhibit of Rome. Nice venue. Clean and well staffed.

The Frist is a beautiful building in and of itself. Also, the exhibits were engaging. I will definitely visit again and often.

You have to love art and art museums to enjoy this it's one of the better ones

This may be a small art museum, but she be mighty! We had an enjoyable day exploring the three beautiful exhibits displayed as well as a bonus photo journalism exhibit in the civil rights movement. Forget the music in Nashville, the art and history are not to be missed.

It is so fun. On the second floor there is stuff that you can do.

If you're an artsy fartsy person you'll enjoy this small exhibits. What used to be a post office is now a visual arts centre.
A little pricey though

Parking is terrible, If you don't plastic you to go inside again to pay, You also lose your parking spot. For 40 min. I was charged $15.00 For at least 10 min I didn't even have a parking place. Most of your folks had as much cooperation as a broken crutch.

Wonderful museum with rotating exhibits and very good activities for children. I just wish it was bigger.

Exceeded my expectations! Saw the Paris 1900s exhibit while there and the variety of art displayed was beautiful and well thought out. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful building (a refurbished post office). The exhibit on the Italian automotive Renaissance introduced me to a history of cars I was previously unaware. We thoroughly enjoyed the Essenhigh exhibit. I had expected more exhibits.
