We absolutely LOVE Frigo Orthodontics! The staff is always friendly,attentive and relaxed. Dr. Frigo really did a marvelously job taking care of my daughter's orthodontic needs-so we naturally chose him for my son as well . We are extra careful when it comes to our son-because he is Autistic and has a great deal of anxiety. Well- the exceptional staff at each office put my son at ease. What could have been a very difficult experience for him was turned into a pleasant,informative and even fun visit. Thanks to Kristin and Anita-,Grant's anxiety was calmly alleviated. Kristin allowed him time to position himself comfortably and Anita even gave him a lovely pillow to keep his head a little more upright.Their attention to detail, knowledge of procedures and orthodontic hygiene really helped Grant appreciate the importance of his braces in a way that he could relate. Each and every time Dr. Frigo encouraged and commented positively on Grant's progress as well as efforts concerning his braces. His interest in Grant's hobbies,grades and friends were SO important to my son. Grant faces so many challenges that are difficult for most to fully understand . K.D. has made such an amazing impact on my 15 year old's life and is influencing him to evaluate his gifts, establish goals, and develop objectives. This is encouraging to my son because K.D. is allowing my son to focus beyond the present and sometimes mundane aspects of being 15. He hosted a workshop in February on the blueprint for your life. K.D. wrote my son a very special card over the Christmas holiday. He placed it under his placement and read it over and over again, which means he read it about six times a day during the holiday season. (He was going through a growth spurt.) K.D. is a real life mentor and believes that the investment is worth it. I encourage all parents to plug into these mentoring sessions. I guarantee it will be a TREAT for you and your teenager!
Dr Frigo did an amazing job during my laser gum removal procedure. At first I was afraid and expecting much pain. To be honest, I did not realize he was removing the excess gum. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Yes, my gums were swollen, bleeding and UGLY. Once the swelling went down my teeth look like a famous movie star I did take an over the counter pain medication every 6 hours and used the mouth rinse and vitamin E he prescribed. If you are looking for the best Orthodontist and staff. LOOK NO FURTHER.

I came in to get a check up and figure out pricing left case back right when they were closing and ended up doing all my paperwork and get casted for my braces. When they were closed. Ms. Anita was the one who did my casting and she was great. She was nice a called me sweet to my parents but overall I love this place my brother got his braces done here to and he loves it as well.

My experience with Dr. Frigo and his crew was amazing. It s been a quite experiencing journey from the start . And watching the process was even more amazing. I ve always been sceptical about my smile. Even though i was always told i had beautiful smile I was always self conscious about it. So when i finally decided to go with it it was life changing for me. I got my braces taken off about 3 weeks ago. Just seeing my new smile made me smile even more. When i was told i had to get laser surgery on my gums also omg i was scared. But i will tell you it was so fast and didn t hurt at all and I was in total awe when i really saw the difference in the before and after. Frigo Orthodontics is definitely a number one pick for me. Dr. Frigo and his staff are an amazing group of people who have helped so much with my teeth. I used to never smile with my teeth because they were really messed up but now they are so straight and so much better that I don't mind smiling with them.
I recently had services at Frigo orthodontics and just wow! Step by step I would like to share my experience. First I ll start with the receptionists, they were very prompt to answer the phone and were pleasant to speak with. Entering in the absolutely beautiful facility in Biloxi I was greeted with all smiles. When the first appointment was set up, I met Mrs. Cindy, the financial advisor. She went over everything very thoroughly. She went over options for payment plans and such. She gave a wonderful presentation of Dr. Frigo s background and his credentials. I also met with Dr. Frigo that day. He is very professional, kind and probably the most down to earth Dr I have met!
The day I actually got my braces Chasity welcomed me and made me feel so calm before the procedure started. She also went over the procedure very thoroughly, leaving no questions as what to expect. Kristin put my braces on and did an awesome job! She made me feel at ease through the whole process. These ladies were all amazing! You can see that the staff loves being at their job. Both offices are so beautiful, clean, and filled with coffee/ refreshments for their clients. They are also on their A game with today s technology. You will never miss your appointments with their remind system and text alerts. This truly is the best place to go for orthodontic work. They have definitely superseded every aspect.

I just recently had my braces removed. I loved the entire 13 months I've had them on. Upon arriving to the practice, I'd check in, and within 2 minutes of me checking in, I was already being escorted to my room. They have nice flat screens from the ceilings for kids to watch movies. The staff is BEYOND friendly! The prices are very reasonable, and they work with my schedule. I live all the way in Detroit, MI, and I traveled to Gulfport, MS every 6-8 weeks just to see Dr. Frigo and his staff. I'm beyond grateful to have him as my orthodontist. BEST ORTHODONTIST EVER!!!!

I did have some trouble with my insurance coverage, (through fault of my own not Dr. Frigo or his staff) and consequently had quite a few questions along the way after beginning treatment! The staff in the finance department were thorough and diligent, even placing calls and being the middle man with my insurance company, while helping solve the issues at hand! They answered all my questions, all the while educating me on matters of orthodontic care! I appreciate their hard work, as dealing with these sorts of things can be somewhat difficult, confusing and certainly time consuming! Maybe we don't see them as much as we see the others, but they are behind the scenes working just as hard for us, the patients! Again, thank you for all you do! I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr.Frigo about a year and a half ago! I was turned down by THREE other orthodontics for the Invisalign, stating they would not be able to correct by teeth with that type of treatment. I was so discouraged, I didn't want to be 25 and have metal brackets on my teeth. I moved to the coast three years ago, and I over heard a lady talking about her sons orthodontist and how well he took care of her son and his teeth looked amazing! So I gave it a try. The moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff. I Came in for my consult and within a hour, we had pictures taken and a plan for treatment completely organized! The financing lady walked through every step with me and explained in great detail of how and what would happen and need to be paid within what time frame! As I started treatment, Ms. Anita took care of me before the Dr came in to see me. Every single time I came in she was so sweet and kind and answered every question I ever had! Without a doubt one of the best ladies a doctor could ask for to be on his team! Last but not least, Dr. Frigo ALWAYS had a smile on his face and was full of energy and kindness. He would never fall short of asking questions and making sure all my concerns and need me were meant through this entire treatment! I have 7 weeks left and I look forward to everytime I go back into the office at Dr.Frigos because it is always such a positive and rewarding experience!

I went in for the top teeth- I only have a a gap between my Two front teeth. I have had braces before and have a permanent retainer on the bottom with perfectly aligned teeth. I was told that I would have to pay 7000 for braces again because the other orthodontist messed up my teeth- which is not true. I left there feeling like they were trying to sell me the newest state of the art braces and didn t care about only doing what I wanted which was to just add braces to the top teeth and close the gap. I felt like they were tearing me down to sell me their version of glorified braces from a dentist who couldn t even speak to me or introduce himself. I m not impressed with professional marketing to glorify an orthodontist into paying 7 grand for something I don t need. Bad business and shame on you.
I don t even know where to begin. We chose Frigo, even though they were out of network for us, because of the wonderful staff. From our initial consultation with Ms Cindy, we knew we were in the right place. She very thoroughly explained my son s treatment plan and made us feel at ease about any questions or concerns we had. Dr. Frigo is the best Ortho Doctor I have ever seen. This guy goes way beyond what ANY doctor i've seen has done before. He gives back to the community in a large way. Holding classes for ACT exams prep for his clients and having fun night outs with his patients. He truly cares about all of them.
On top of that, he is providing some of the best care for the patients. IF you need braces and you don't use this guy, you are crazy. He has two offices, one in Bay St Louis and the other in Gulfport.

I gained so much confidence just from them and that's exactly why I can't thank them enough. Each visit was outstanding with no issues at all. The staff is truly amazing I recommend any and everyone who wants a perfect smile to go to Dr. Frigo. With that being said WEAR YOUR RETAINERS!!!! Especially the metal ones they give you Dr. Frigo will stress it and get on to you so make sure you wear them. Thank You for Everything !!!!

I have had the best experience from the front desk to the chair and Dr Frigo himself. Who knew getting braces/ invisalign could be such a pleasant experience? I've never had a bad experience or long wait time.

When first visiting Dr. Frigo's office, I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of his staff. My son was very nervous about getting braces and all the staff made him and myself feel very comfortable. My son loves how Dr. Frigo is very attentive to all his patient's school life and this impressed my son. I would recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic care.

I have had the best experience here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I got Invisalign and it was actually so much faster than getting braces. They are so friendly to military and helpful when it comes to scheduling. I couldn't have picked a better place to straighten my teeth. Definitely going to recommend to other people.
