My experience so far has been wonderful! Dr. Frigo is an exemplary human being, and that spills over to his staff or anyone in his presence! He is involved with the community, the youth, and clearly has a passion for what he does!

I'd like to recognize the people who manage the finance and insurance portion of the patient accounts!!

I did have some trouble with my insurance coverage, (through fault of my own not Dr. Frigo or his staff) and consequently had quite a few questions along the way after beginning treatment! The staff in the finance department were thorough and diligent, even placing calls and being the middle man with my insurance company, while helping solve the issues at hand! They answered all my questions, all the while educating me on matters of orthodontic care! I appreciate their hard work, as dealing with these sorts of things can be somewhat difficult, confusing and certainly time consuming! Maybe we don't see them as much as we see the others, but they are behind the scenes working just as hard for us, the patients! Again, thank you for all you do! I recommend this office of orthodontic care to everyone I talk too!
