I recently had services at Frigo orthodontics and just wow! Step by step I would like to share my experience. First I ll start with the receptionists, they were very prompt to answer the phone and were pleasant to speak with. Entering in the absolutely beautiful facility in Biloxi I was greeted with all smiles. When the first appointment was set up, I met Mrs. Cindy, the financial advisor. She went over everything very thoroughly. She went over options for payment plans and such. She gave a wonderful presentation of Dr. Frigo s background and his credentials. I also met with Dr. Frigo that day. He is very professional, kind and probably the most down to earth Dr I have met!
The day I actually got my braces Chasity welcomed me and made me feel so calm before the procedure started. She also went over the procedure very thoroughly, leaving no questions as what to expect. Kristin put my braces on and did an awesome job! She made me feel at ease through the whole process. These ladies were all amazing! You can see that the staff loves being at their job. Both offices are so beautiful, clean, and filled with coffee/ refreshments for their clients. They are also on their A game with today s technology. You will never miss your appointments with their remind system and text alerts. This truly is the best place to go for orthodontic work. They have definitely superseded every aspect.
To sum it up, I highly recommend Dr. Frigo orthodontics!
