On both occasions, I found them to have great design ideas, flawless execution with a real attention to detail, be highly responsive and always meet deadlines. Julia was able to guide me through the process as I knew next to nothing about the options available and was able to offer an itemized invoice to give me all the options available for our budget.

Noble Fine Art provided the invitations and other stationery for the weddings of my two daughters. We chose them originally as they offered something different and we could not have been more delighted. We do not live locally and so were not able to visit in person, but this made no difference to the quality of our experience. From the first reassuring contact that we had with the team, through to final delivery they were fantastic to work with and Julia s artwork of the venue and church added a lovely personal touch. The quality of their work is excellent and cannot be faulted. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were even kind enough to source ribbon for the tables to match the invitations for us. I was amazed by the many positive comments we received from guests at both weddings about how lovely the invitations were and when my second daughter was getting married we knew that they were the company to choose. My daughters chose very different designs for their stationery and both were excellent quality and individual. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who wants a quality product and a fantastic customer experience.

Noble Fine Art provided our wedding stationery, which included invitations, place cards and orders of service. We first came across them at a Wedding Fair and were very impressed by the quality and finish of their products, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of their team. Unlike many suppliers that you can encounter at these Fairs, we never felt any kind of pressure, and the person we initially met was very knowledgeable about their products, the ordering process, lead times, etc.
Following a very pleasant face-to-face meeting and getting a better idea of what we wanted, we decided to proceed and place our order. We found the whole process to be easy yet thorough. They were very responsive and helpful from the start and walked us through the whole process.
The quality and finish of every single item was absolutely phenomenal, and without meaning to brag we felt the quality of our wedding stationery far surpassed anything else we have seen before or after our wedding. The designs are classic, timeless and tasteful. We also had a drawing of our venue on our invitations and orders of service, which looked amazing when printed! At least a dozen of our guests who received our invitations commented on the quality!

We cannot recommend Noble Fine Art enough. We ordered Invitations, Order of Services, Table Plans and Numbers and Menus from them. Firstly, the quality of all of stationary was to the highest standard and we received plenty of comments from our guests about how lovely they were. I personally loved how everything complemented each other with same coloured paper, fonts and our "logo" which we added. Secondly, Julia and the team are so helpful and supportive. We did't leave ourselves much time in designing and printing everything but Julia kept us on track with deadlines, making urgent changes where necessary and delivering on time. They are a premium company which is more expensive than others we found online (we aren't based locally so everything was over the phone and on email), but we were so happy with everything and are not sure we will receive such an elegant invitation in the future!
The whole thing turned into an expensive, prolonged, nightmarish saga. They were inflexible, grasping and totally devoid of customer service skills. The concept that a customer should be valued doesn t occur to them. In the end we cancelled out of frustration and because we couldn t stand their attitude. We should have done it sooner but it was a relief even though it has left us with an even tighter schedule. They refused to refund the money paid (less the deposit) claiming they had completed the order before we cancelled which was extremely doubtful. At the moment we are considering ways of recouping the money owed.
