Friendlier prices I like! Service was fast and great tonight.

I just wanted ice cream, went to the window and waited over 30 minutes for 2 sundaes. They need to keep one person on window at all times.

Love Friendly's and always will. The BBQ chicken sandwich is the family favorite. I wish we had room for ice cream, but I never do. The service was good and the employees were nice.

Place is a bit rough, but it's open, so I'm happy. Leave it as it is, so it stays open.

Executive management is brutal. Kiss is all they need. Keep it simple stupid. They make the best ice cream on the planet.

Took the children out for dinner and they really enjoyed it

I honestly wish I didn t have to give this place a star. It is the absolute worst friendlys I ve been to. I ve given them 2 tries and it s no from me. First of all, their costumer service is trash. They take forever to just to see if you even ordered anything. They ll literally keep walking back n forth while you stand at the front waiting for help not even a are you all set ma am? Terrible. They forget to give you your WHOLE order because they re hardly even listening to you when you place it. It s also time to update the place. All around just bad.

Love the prices and the food is great! Ice cream makes the meal!

Very slow service and poor effort. Not a fan of this location at all.

Called 30 min before closing no answer waited 15 min outside to get there closed and taking no orders per the manager. I get your busy but if your windows open you should serve your customers or at very least state your closing 15 min early because you can t handle take out only orders seeing no one is being serving inside.

I have been going to this east longmeadow friendly my whole life. Very in my life have I had bad service here. Unfortunately, in the past few months the service has gone down hill. The staff isn't as friendly and personable anymore except a few. The food quality has gone down as well. My second to last visit there was the worse service I have ever had. I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me attitude back. This is not how a business should be run. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for 28 years and I don't think I should have been treated the way I was. I understand bad things can happen when dealing with the public because I work in customer service myself. the way things were handled even when brought to light was unexecptable. I heard from a source, who works for friendlys, that the management at a few different levels is horrible. In turn that makes the employees not preform their best and not live up to their customers exectations. I'm not trying to bash anyone but I really don't want to see this place go under because of something that should be so essential in any business. End rant.

Store is filthy employees disgusting and don't wash there hands or wear gloves. Surely they have a safe serv to know how to prep food properly. The manager is everywhere but present. However she did rectify the situation about them washing their hands which is so appreciated. The vents and and overall cleanliness and maintenance needs some attention. Sat next to a dirty table the whole time we were there. So much for a happy birthday for my daughter. I only gave 2 stars for the manger doing her job. Also my waiter was okay.

The service was as expected awesome!! The food I'll tell you what better than the last five major restaurants I've been in! I know I'm going back.

This location has improved but not enough in my opinion. Our server was good but the kitchen messed up our order as well as another table next to us. I think the worst thing about this friendlys is the clientele though. Sumner ave was a much friendlier bunch. This location I find that the rudest people come in and barely tip the servers. That s probably why they go through servers so quick. You have people coming in and complaining about everything that is uncontrollable and then leaving a dollar. It s such a turn off to hear people complaining every time we go in. Complaint about someone s child crying, complaint about it being chilly, just dumb stuff. We always leave more than our fair tip just to make up for these jerks.

tge food wasnt bad but the wait was rediculus because they wasnt even packed or busy my kids got desperate and when i finallu got the food i didnt want to eat there it was so cold it felt like they had the ac running the cooks looked very unprofesional as well as the waitresses i had to get up and get my own to go boxes.

Only had dessert which was very good. Keanu was a great server!

They make frequent mistakes (80% of the times I've been to this one) but it seems as if the people working there are very understaffed and overworked. There are times when they seem overwhelmed. Aside from that, they're very pleasant and cook their food expertly (the quality has vastly improved over recent years). If they would improve their error-rate for mistakes on custom orders (especially important for diabetics and people with allergies), they would easily be five stars.

This is one of the Freindliest restaurants ive been in a while. Staff is so polite and willing to accommodate. When it comes to customer satisfaction A+. Keep up the good work. Our family can't waite to come back.Our children are already fast asleep. Till next time.

A little over a week ago I went to the East Longmeadow location to get the $2 Tuesday medium sundae deal before I had to go to work. We were waiting for 10 minutes and no body acknowledged me, not even when a family came in wanting to sit. So after that I just left.

Good food. Good service. Customers a bit rowdy but not the restaurant's fault.

Great food but way over priced. Got a party size half cheese half pepperoni and a large salad and the bill was $44

If you dont mind waiting 45 minutes for your breakfast and recwiving awful service.

Wait staff could have been more accommodating and friendly

Ice cream was great but the service was absolutely horrible. Waited 20 minutes for sundaes and another 15 minutes for the check, and it was not busy.

Good service, reasonable waiting time, can be shared with family and friends.

Not the Friendly's I grew up loving. Service is SLOW.

My kids love Friendly's and I do too. It's very nice, the food is good. With the exception of the waitresses some are nice and amazing and others have much to be desired.

Ordered a jim dandy...it didn't have any marshmallow or strawberry topping and no walnuts.. had to ask for a spoon since it was to go

I've loved Friendly's since I was a kid. Straight up diner food that you would expect. The supermarkets are gold. Pricier than you might want from simple diner grub, but solid nonetheless. Good parking.

Didn't get severed so we left and went to 99 for supper.

Absolutely amazing location recently remodeled with great, friendly staff and a delicious, appetizing menu. I would highly recommend this location for a quick bite, or a sit down and eat. The atmosphere is very calm.

American Breakfast is cheap and delicious. The service is sometimes slow

The ice cream counter is not very easy to order at. It just seems as though friendly's has gone downhill dramatically in the past five years. I don't know how two sundaes could cost over $12 but they did. The Blake brothers would be turning over in their grave right now if they knew how family-unfriendly friendly's is

The food was horrible, the wait time was horrible. The only thing nice was the waitress. I couldn't even eat my food.

I have nothing but good things to say about Friendlys in East Longmeadow. My brother, a resident at the rehab center, looks forward to our Sunday visits at Friendlys. He is always greeted with a friendly "Hi" by the waitstaff. At this restaurant, everyone is treated with kind, courteous service.

TERRIBLE we waited for over an hour for 4 friendzes the place was empty and they messed up the orders completely we ended up just taking whatever they offered when we finally got to the car they were melted already worst service ever never going again

Poor service... Added things on bill we never ordered.. and order was wrong. Took 1 hour to get food and half an hour to get ice cream.

If I could give this East longmeadow no stars I would. I ordered food and it was all burnt and couldn't even eat it. III returned all the food and was told that I would receive a refund and have not. Trying to call this place is a joke no ever answers

It was one of those mornings when I was meeting my best friend for coffee. It was busy and all we saw was one waitress. Tables needed to be cleaned people needed to be waited on. When it was time to leave we had to find someone to pay the bill. There had to be 15 booths that needed to be cleaned. My guess is a lot of staff called out or they are short handed. We won't be going back to soon

Service was slow. The appetizer came out with the food and both were barely warm. The burger was over cooked and the bun was hard.

Just went to this "fine establishment" to acquire some ice cream at the walk up window. They told me I have to wait 25 minutes because we weren't getting delivery. Honestly this is why all of the friendlys are closing and even when there isn't a national pandemic the service is horrendous. They make you feel like going there for food or ice cream is a huge inconvenience to them. Will never go again.

Took 10 minutes before even being asked about drinks. Got salad just before my meal came when requested prior to meal. Took way to long for many things.
Really sad bcuz the girl we used to have when visiting was on top of her game, even when it s busy. I have young kids and since they took forever for Time managing, I was Very dissatisfied with my visit & I do t think I will be returning after today.

I just called at 9:40 pm and they started to take my order and hung up in my face, I called back they picked up and hung up in my face. I order there four times a week i will never return you guys make me sick!!!

Horrible experience got my order wrong completely... The wait for a scoop of ice cream was ridiculous.. That my child became ratchet. And i ended up playing hop scotch during the wait...

I ordered online and went to pick up the order. I gave my name when I arrived and was told it wasn't ready yet. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes periodically asking if my order was ready yet and was repeatedly told no. When I asked to speak to the manager I learned that my food had been ready the whole time, the employees just didn't know where it was. Don't waste your time like I did. Friendly's just can't get their act together.

This use to be a great family restaurant but has gone downhill after the years. Our meals are usually incoreect and when I asked them to sing happy birthday I was told they dont do it during the day. I would of gone somewhere else to have our daughter experience something fun but simple. Sad that we need to find a different family restaurant.
