If I could give them a 0 I would, so since I can't...

If I could give them a 0 I would, so since I can't they get 1 star. They help us pay our rent, which is nice and good, I have been other places that did that as well and there is a huge difference between there and here. Here I call, I email both the place and my specific adviser, Monica Alvarado and they never get back to me either by email or by phone. Of the 20+ times I have called them over my time here I have gotten a reply twice.

Very helpful & friendly. i thank them for the help . i have rare serious health issues & without Hud housing voucher's help i would not be able to live alone & would probably be homeless or worse without their help. Cant understand how anyone can complain about help with paying rent if they need it! Honestly... THANK YOU

First off I would like to say I feel that my wait ...

First off I would like to say I feel that my wait time was very quick to receive a voucher I think I was processed in a fast and timely manner. I no longer reside in Fresno ca any longer due to health concerns, and I gave my voucher up. Rest assured I feel that I was treated with dignity and respect. Staff was prompt thank u for giving me and my family a chance in ur program I appreciate it. Even now with me updating my info online I went threw a couple of bumps and I know the worker responding to my emails was getting frustrated, but she did her job and I am updated. Yes sometimes things are going to get hectic they do service over 30,000 families that s huge and sometimes workers might be under staff and over worked but still be a courteous as possible and they will work u accordingly sorry so many ppl feel as if they are rude I can only speak of my behalf they were super fast. And I live in Las vegas so that says a lot. Thank u again fha for all y all did for me and my family in my short stay I am grateful for me and my children s stay.

Customer representatives are very rude and portray very poor customer service skills. No matter any situation or passed guest whom they have encountered they are responsible for the comfort of the next guest. I feel each time I walk in that I need to be aware of the attitude that may or may not be given. Phones are never answered and case holders either ignore emails and phone calls as well. Even when various voicemails were submitted. I feel I get a lot of excuses from the representatives when this is a place to go to in a time of assistance.

Cedar courts lady named Denise made fun of my sister for not knowing her social and the manager named Lalo said that's was ok for her to do I told them that's very unprofessional he said that was professional...they should not be working there if there going to judge and make fun of ppl.

07/29/19. Very unprofessional and incompetent African American employee with bad customer service! All I needed was a form that supposedly should have been printed out and always in stock that they put up by the drop box. Apparently they ran out so knowing that it s something I shouldn t have to wait in line for, I respectfully went up to the front desk to ask her to give me a form since they ran out over there. At first I asked for a moving application and she gave me the vacant form. After verifying with her that they re not the same form, I had asked her to give me the right form and she told me I had to go check in. At this point I was already mad because all I needed was a simple form that she can easily pull out. After waiting for quite a while, the same lady called me up and asked, How can I help you? SERIOUSLY!!! Of course all I needed was that form. With her head looking down, she had the audacity to tell me to get the form for myself at the front by the drop box knowing she had already stocked some after telling me to check in. Since I had to wait in line might as well request for another document that I needed from them. Of course she felt stupid for being lazy and still had to end up helping me after turning me away. She told the other front desk lady to help me instead and acting as if she was busy when she was the one that called me up. She could ve told me from the start to wait while she printed more of those forms.

Awwmesome almost no places participate and the ones that do make me feel very unsafe. They give you ver uh little something to choose from almost nothing. Since I don't have 5 kids, there isn't Crap to choose from.

My mom has schizophrenia and refuses medication but unfortunately with her only receiving SSI benefits there is very little she's able to afford. She has lost her vouchers three times now from being an illiterate. Her worker and various staff members have always been patient with her and given her numerous opportunities to try again until she's exhausted her chances. I have contacted them via email on her behalf and they were always efficient in explaining whatever questions or concerns we had. I'd like , I'm sorry we'd like to thank them and let them know they are appreciated for all their work and effort. Thanks again .

Great staff some are rude but that's because they probably had to deal with a moron just before you. Thanks morons. Over all the staff was nice and efficient as best they could because it's so busy in there.

It is a good thing to have section8, and it helps ...

It is a good thing to have section8, and it helps my husband and me to finish our school. It helped us to have a house for the kids and financial stable. The only thing is that the waiting time and process is kinda long, but its all worthy it.

My name finally reached the top of the waiting list. very excited. I do have 5 kids and I appreciate the help.as for one of the other reviews.. ungrateful much? if it's that bad don't use it don't apply for it give it to somebody who will be grateful.figure out a way to pay for a place on your own that is high on a pedestal like you are..just saying.

This place is super dirty. The back support staff is so rude it makes absolutely no sense. I was helped by a lady named chuerta. She was rude and took her sweet time with me processing my work. The people in that office look down on you because you get help. Little do they know, I'm educated and I will be contacting her supervisor. EVERYONE HAS A BOSS

To the supervisor s number, left message 1 week latter still missing in action.

filled out doc s they lost mine 6 time s over in 6 months , I had my copies and told them i am not responsible for your losses, I have my copies right here! nor do i have to let you see them, other then to ID them as being official forums that where submitted.

They absorbed more time ( 300 hrs of stupidness )then there funding gave! annual figures.
