Variety of Zoo Animals and the New Juressic Park Exhibit!!!! Is bomb!!

This is an amazing place to go. It has a vast array of all sorts of animals and it's beautiful and well put together. Some of the staff are really good at customer service.

Wonderful place to take your family for a get together or barbeque! Beautiful park!

Not too big not too small with lots of trees shades

Went early and crowd wasnt too bad at that time. Kids enjoyed it. Will definitely go back again sometime.

Best zoo I have been too. Great experience from feeding giraffes to being up close with rare animals.for only 10$ extrance fee.3$ to feed giraffes and 2$ to touch sting rays. Great place.

Most exhibits were close. We went to eat at the Safari Cafe and the lady was rude and had attitude. Just a bad experience won't come back...

Very nice! Really enjoyed the large watering hole area with ostriches and elephants, outdoor shaded dining area, and a very cool mechanical dinosaur exhibit.

The admission price is low for those on a budget. My kids had a blast. Lots of cool animals to see!!!

One of the best zoo I have been. It has a great collection of Africa animals, including at least 4 giraffes, 3 elephant, 3 rhinos (2 different kinds), 4 lions!!!! We went as a family trip when the zoo held it's annual Frogs & Fairytale activity. It had Disney princesses (besides Milan, Cinderella, or Rapunzel) for children to have pictures with, different art and craft activities, instant photo booth, and spot that professional helped our children to put up their make-up or face painting. We had a blast!!!!

Had a lot of fun. We went to L.A. Zoo in May and was not nearly as happy as we were at Chaffee

The zoo is an amazing place to visit. It is very well laid out with enough shade everywhere to keep you from being in the sun all the time. The exhibits are very well done. Zoo staff all very friendly and helpful. We loved our experience at the zoo. I would recommend anyone to visit the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, it's an amazing place

Best place in Fresno. The city really cares for its zoo and it shows. Animal feedings and petting zoo are highlights, as well as very nice new animal habitats. Plenty to do and good food!

My family loves the local zoo. It's not as big as sa San Diego Wild Animal park, but you can feed the giraffes and stingrays! It's usually not overly crowded and its completely possible to see the entire pack, shows included, in a single day. My favorite time of year to go is actually December. They have an event called Zoolights. The entire park is decked out in Christmas lights, Santa Claus is available for secret sharing and picture taking and there is even FREE hot chocolate handed out during the event! Dont forget to stop by their food shack for some of the best soft pretzels around. All and all, we love Fresno Chaffee Zoo!

Has to be the cutest zoo. They are always working on making it even better.

Great place to stroll. Having a membership is awesome because it covers most zoos and aquariums which makes it for an amazing family outing. Me and my wife love this zoo and now we get to share our passion with our daughter.

The African exhibit was very nice. The zoo is clean, but the Asian animals side needs a remodel badly and give the asain elephants some more room!!!

It is one of my favorite places to go in fresno. I've been to the zoo at 30x's in the last 4 years and I love it just as much today has i did when i was a kid. I love all the improvements they have made and continue to make.

Had not been in a few years, the additons and improvments arw amazing.

Very fun. The African Adventure area is cool. And fire brick oven pizza with beer.

The zoo is amazing and their ever changing environment is great.

My family reunions are here, plenty of parking and close to restroom and playground.

Always clean
Big enough to walk with room around you.
Places to sit in the shade.
Feed the Giraffe.
Always building more space for the animals.

I've never been unhappy

The new expansion is breathtaking and the zoo employees were very entertaining and knowledgeable. There is literally something for everyone of any age! Wonderful family fun and massive pokestops!

I still do not know it but just to see the videos and photos that have already been exposed I think it's a wonderful place I hope to go soon so I can share my experience with all of you,

The Safari exhibit is awesome and the food court overlooking the safari.

Nice staff, many area and animals to see! The zoo looked very clean and animals looked well taken care of. The park is right next to the zoo as well. The food is delicious; the churros are my favorite! Great place for family time.

The most amazing but the only part is they need to add fish and sharks and stuff like that that would be amazing

Chaffee Zoo is one of the greatest family spots in Fresno. Good for everyone or even for an afternoon date. Even on a weekend day, it isn't unreasonably packed.

My son loved having his birthday here, great sites to see and lovely gift shop (gift shop is a little high priced)

Always inspirational! Took a friend from New York to lunch with the lions on the other side of the window.

New African Adventure section is a tremendous upgrade. I particularly like the eating spot where you can watch the elephant, rhinoceros, lion and gazelle.

Absolutely loved our visit. Grew up in Fresno but moved 14 years ago. Last visit was 3 years ago and absolutely amazed how the zoo has changed. Prices are low and worth every penny of the cost to get in. Kids all had a blast. Worth coming to again and again and wish we lived closer to get a membership. The giraffe feeding was awesome.

I grew up going to the zoo. It was always a special treat to go see Nosey the elephant. I still miss him. I have grown up, I am now 57 an!d live in Oregon. I love the zoo! I always have and always wil. Thanks to this great zoo no matter where we travel I always want to find the nearest zoo !. All because of the Fresno zoo! P.s. I love storyland too !!!

Great place family functions bar-B-Q, kids playground, take your pets, Zoo visits. Parking could be better, though.

We were there for a meet and greet and the dogs had a great time.
