I haven't been here since they remodeled however I love coming here there is alot to see and my kids have so much fun

Haven't been here since last year but heard that wilderness falls was opening today had to come see it was. great kids had fun awesome place to come with family and friends and let the kids walk and let their energy out

A bit disappointing but didnt expect much otherwise. Pretty much you can only visit outdoor sections due to covid. shame that they make you pay extra for some exhibits, its not that big of a zoo in the first place. the elephant giraffe rhino areas were nice. otherwise wasn't anything overly exciting. The sea lion area seems like a huge section what a waste of space for the 1-2 sea lions hiding swimming in the corner. There was very little or unclear signage of where to go and what to do anywhere in the zoo and they dont even hand you a map when you walk in.

One of the new upgrades on the sea lion exhibit if you're visiting Fresno ask your friends for the Fresno yellow pages and you'll find a coupon for a family and fun at the zoo

If you haven't been to the zoo or you haven't been in a few years... you gotta check it out. Major improvements have been made.

This is the best thing in Fresno.

Such a beautiful zoo and the new African safari is AHMAZING! A must see. We spend anywhere from 2-4hrs here with our kids. So many new features have been added and the zoo just keeps getting better each year. They ve even added a water feature. Which living in Fresno is a must.

Our favorite memories are visiting the zoo during the holidays. Lots of fun events to attend. Our most recent was zoo lights!

The employees are very attentive, very nice! Please, come and support them, the employees and the animals need us! I feel sad seeing the animals in cages, I prefer them in they natural habitat, but they are already here let's help them to have a good life!

Great place to enjoy if you want to get out the house.

This place is disgusting as we had to buy teckets there, they never attended us, we lost 1 and 30 and we could not enter until we left.

My boys love coming here to see the animals. And, now that they have the dinosaur exhibit up again, we upgraded our zoo membership to include that as well.

Get year passes every year. Amazing what they been upgrading.

Loved it. Beautiful trees. Clean animal facilities. Water splash play area for kids. Nice restaurant overlooking African savannah animals.

We went to three zoos last summer. the Sacramento Zoo, Micke Grove and this, the Chaffee zoo. This was our favorite out of the three. Larest animal selection and the restaurant on the Sarangetti watering hole with the Rhinos, wildebeest and elephants. Also the Lion's den. 4 stars because the food is pretty pricey and the lions were not there when we went. We are going again this weekend and I hope we can see the lions. But if we cannot, we are still going to Cat Haven, so we will either way.

Always a favorite! We went twice in one week. We always love the animals, and get a great walk in through the park. We usually nap after 3 hours at the zoo.

I have deeply enjoyed and watched as our little zoo has grown over the years, I truly feel like it is one of the best smaller zoos in CA. I was humbled and honored to be able volunteer there for several months and got a real hands on experience and chance to see the zoo keepers pouring their heart and soul into each animal.

My cousin had a wedding here and it was really a great time!

Had a great time with the family here. The African Adventure was beautiful!!! Will be back soon

Great zoo! The Africa section and tropical bird section were out favorites. Our kids (1 and 6) loved being so close to the animals. They fed a giraffe and stood within feet of tiny monkeys that weren't behind bars. Amazing! I cant wait to come back.

We came here for my son's 2nd grade field trip. It was our first time and we loved it. I was thinking the zoo would be bigger but was delighted to see that it wasn't too big. The attractions are clean with clear views. The animals look well cared for. Great price.

This zoo has really stepped up their game since I was a kid. Their new safari exhibit is top notch.

Enjoyable day for families to wander through the zoo and visit the different animals. Attached to the zoo is a park for you to continue your day with the family and relax.

I love all the exhibits, the activities, and all the seasonal displays.

One of the best zoos I have ever been to! Large animal habitats and enclosures, such an incredible variety of species, well kept grounds. I spent over 5 hours here and felt like I could easily spend a few more hours!

Alligator looks like it is dead. Doesn't move at all.
Do the animals wait till night time to get all excited. There's no action actually boring

Great for children's Field trips. Employees were nice and patient! Loved how clean it was and the food was great! It was so much fun feeding the giraffes and petting the stingrays at Stingray Bay! I can see why people have family passes and go back again and again.

This is an awesome place to bring your kids. Not very expensive and everyone gets to enjoy themselves.

Lots of animals to see very inexpensive for all of the animals you see it took us 4 hours to see everything. Great place and can't wait to take my daughter when she's old enough.

I have been going to the zoo as a child and taken my own children for over 50 years. The zoo has changed SO much recently. The African safari like exhibit has a large eating area where you can watch the Rhinos while you munch on a pizza or hamburger with your kids ( or now grandkids) We just celebrated our granddaughters 7th birthday there an became annual pass holders.

This place was very cool.This is such a beautiful place to visit especially for Photographers. I love coming here and bringing my friends. I enjoy showing off the amazing view but I observed some area that break my mood.

It's a good small Zoo to go to wish they had more monkeys and gorillas
