I love this Zoo! Overpriced- just as any other Zoo but there are so many exhibits and also a new "Savannah" exhibit where you can feed Giraffes from a canopy. In one of the bird buildings, a bird landed on my husbands shoulder and stayed there for around 20 minutes- the employee said it wasn't rare! We loved it here.

Its a great zoo. Its clean, staff is very friendly.

Well maintained, great staff, good value for the cost. This should be a regular stop for anyone with kids!

This is a must do while in Fresno! Super nice zoo with lots of trees, shade, fun place! They have restaurants in the zoo.

This is the most amazing zoo! Their open spaces with elephants and rhinos is only exceeded by the huge animal preserve near San Deigo. This is a very fun place. The guides are very nice and helpful. Children can feed the giraffes too. There are other new exhibits on the way, with plenty of open space. Fun open or closed dining areas are avail and the food and beverages are above expectation. Just come and have fun, but check the hrs first.

I love this place staff is really nice and helpful, I recommend to get the annual pass it's worth it. I got it myself for me and my family, and we go at least 3 times a month.

Great day trip for the family. We go a few times a year and the kids love it. A much better value than zoosk down south and they just keep improving it.

Amazing! Seems like all animals are treated right and Have a perfect habitat. Even tho the gift shop prices are high. That does change that the zoo actually carea about their animal.

Entrance to the park is inexpensive, and even if you don't move on the two big attractions (Chaffee Zoo or Storybookland), this place is still a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Lots of trees and green spaces, paths to walk your way around the park, and even a playground for the kiddies. Do yourself a favor the next time you go to the zoo and park further away!

Enjoyed the new changes & upgrades in the zoo. Wish the zoo didn't close early on Sundays.

For the price, very nice size and humane animal exhibits. There are lots of animals and space to cover. I feel there are too many restaurants instead of snack kiosks.

Love the new African theme part of the zoo. Also Wilderness Fall is perfect for my kids to cool off.

The Fresno Zoo for only 10 dollars you greeted to the great animals and creatures around the world and their creation of the African exhibit is truly amazing

It's alright... I heard they lost alot of animals now. No more lions, elephants, giraffs

Cages are designed with the animals comfort in mind. Tree lined walk ways in a lot of areas. Vending machines along paths in case you need a drink. Large seating area in covered food court. Feed the giraffes and sting rays. Lots if walking, but pleasant atmosphere.

Haven't been to this zoo in years but it was fun to go after all this time. It was a hot day so that kind of sucked but overall the visit was great. My favorite moment was seeing the seals. Definitely a must go. Very fun.

The zoo itself is wonderful! The people that allow their children to toss their trash wherever they want should be fined. I picked up in three separate places food wrappers and soda bottles.

Alot of fun and the price was great. This is a great place to spend the day at. They are only open till 4pm but it doesn't take a long time to see everything. 13 dollars to get in and 5 to park.

Great zoo a lot bigger than I thought wonderful animals and some are rescue winged wonders a must do great staff! Don't miss the Raven!

I love this zoo. I'm not from the area but visit a friend once a year or so and we go almost every time I'm here. The giraffes are my favorite followed closely by the chacoan peccaries and tropical birds. The petting zoo is a nice feature and all the animals seem happy. Keepers and volunteers are knowledgeable and friendly.
Highly recommend this zoo.

Happy for a walk with my daughters and nieces at the zoo

They didn't have very many animals. The elephants were to far away to see trying to get into there enclosure. My favorite part was the dinosaur exhibit. I made my brother take pics with all of the dinosaurs. Lol

This zoo has improved sooo much over the years....I love it!!

Such a great zoo. I went when I was younger and just took my kids for the first time. The expansion is great and the new restaurant was amazing. Such a cool spot to eat and watch the animals.

Very kid friendly and we're still kids at 62! And I remember this place when I really was a kid. Great to see it still going strong.

Great zoo for this price, much better than the overprice San Diego zoo!

Should have a map to help out for seniors to get where they are going

It has gotten better since the remodeling. Good for kids and just for a day out. There is an area to feed giraffes which is always a plus.

Great atmosphere and exhibits. Easily spend 4-5 hours exploring.

Havent been here in about 5 year and WOW what a difference! Super upgraded and huge! Great job caffe zoo! Keep up the great work! Grandparents ask about the season pass for you and the grandchildren

Its nice for the kids but to expensive to by anything there

Is a pretty place, nice with vegetation everywhere, even enjoyable during hottest days. Fair entance fee for what you can do. They do a fun Bird Show, perfect for the little ones and who loves animals. Birds are gorgeous. You can also feed Jiraffs! and talk with the animals' keepers about their habitat and characteristics of each animal.

2 stars for ONE reason. This employee Sofia that worked the area with the Sloths and Mata Mata turtles, the humid environment. Was VERY RUDE to my 5 year old son and was speaking to people as if they were stupid. When my 5 year old asked a question. The look she gave my five year old was absotluey Appalling. She looked at him as if he was absolutely STUPID. Unbelievable. I told her; he s 5. He s not asking collegiate level type questions . She assumes everyone is supposed to know everything about that environment. She needs to slow her role or be replaced. She can t be treating people like that

Great place to take the grandkids. Very clean and friendly staff.

Family oriented. They are fixing it to be better but it's still worth it to go visit. Cafe there is bomb have souvenir cups refill just $1! Overall awesome experience love it! Have a water play area lots of fun things to do!

Great zoo . Love the African Safari got to see a lion climb a big rock and stand tall. We will be purchasing member passes next week so we can go back as many times as we want.

Where is the water in these cages..very concerning. Sea otters had water, rinhos had water. Nobody else has water..and a few of the animals were pacing and pacing that is not good.

good zoo but dnt expect any one to help you find anything i lost my debit card and i had one empoyee tell me to "you can walk there youreslf and ask" another tell me tell me "i cnt page anyone because it will page all employees"lol another Employee said nothing has been turned but didnt bother to look behind the counter so i said can you look and then she said theres nothing in my drawer because i just started my shift "really". and the front desk told me if an employee found it they will bring it to us. an employee obviously found it and I'm guessing never bothered to turn it in until the next day me and my daughter walked around the whole zoo looking for my card my daughter didn't even enjoy the zoo because she was hungry and thirsty we ended up leaving i understand it was my fault that I lost my card but I have a hard time believing that a page couldn't have gone out to all employees walkie talkies letting them know that a debit card has been lost it would have took 2 seconds but no one bothered to help me it was a waste of time a waste of my day me and my daughter left starving i rate the staff a 0 I guess that's Fresno's hospitality

Cute little zoo right in the middle of ugly Fresno! Haha took us about 4hrs to see everything and eat lunch

I know chaffee zoo has no horses but my grandkids rode on some ponys thier they were so excited.

We love this zoo my wife and kids love it alot they we're there and my wife's friend and her little one a few weeks ago I haven't been in a while like years but hey they due have lions so that's what I like the most about it Im in Bakersfield ca of course so we only have calm
