We are members of the zoo. Today I had a horrible experience with the lady at the front gate. We are yearly members. We were counting to see how many people on our group. She was so impatient so impolite to us. Just because you don't like your job there don't mean you have to give us attitude. You need to be fired for horrible customer service.i honestly think she was racist. I forgot to get her name, I will be going back there to get her name and do a formal complaint.in case you didn't notice but the zoo is suppose to be a family place where we bring kids.

Lots of fun! Fed the giraffe. Pet the goats. Touch the sting rays. Learn about bones in elephants. Ostrich eggs.

Had a wonderful time with my Granddaughter McKenna will Definitely go again.

They upgraded n it's super nice for the family n kids

Friendly staff, love to answer your questions,New dinosaur exhibit is really awesome.

There are great attractions at this zoo, it is clean and there are changes in the layout and animals which makes it a nice place to revisit often.

The zoo is a lot of fun. I think their prices are too high. Especially for the yearly rates for grandparents or families.

It was more then I expected so relaxing and the food snack was so fresh and good quality !

Amazing zoo, some areas still under construction but will be awesome when done!

This was our first visit to the Zoo, I'm 100% happy I brought the stroller for my toddler because it's A LOT of walking and if I had to carry my son around I would have died. It was also super nice they give out free water cups because I got my son a juice but all I wanted was to down some water haha the hands on exhibits like the sting Ray's and giraffes were not pricey at all and my son enjoyed them!!! Can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful to see all sorts of animals. The baby rhino got big too.

This place is very nice, here if they have animals, because the Los Angeles Zoo only pajas for going for a walk because there is nothing to look at.

One of the best in California. Major upgrades and make over done. Really nice! Fun place for the kids to enjoy, they loved it. Especially the African safari park.

They have definitely come a long way! I absolutely adore the lodge next to the animals ! The animals also look semi free since there is so much space in that enclosure. I also love the events they have. My kids and I just attended zooboo tonight since we had attended Zoo lights last year. I love it !

Enjoyed seeing large areas for the animals. Plenty of good viewing spots too so you don't miss anything.

It was nice, although a lot of the animals were asleep. A little pricey on the food. But customer service was good. Plan on good my back soon.

Great place to take the family, wonderful learning experience

Loved zoorassic park. I have a Grandson who wanted to see it.

I have always loved the zoo, and still do, but the prices on things are kind of ridiculous.

Awesome attractions! We have passes to the zoo and my kids love going every time. I love the reptiles and my kids love the sea otters. The african safari is genius and makes me feel like I'm at a type of jurassic park rather than a zoo. I love it!

Fresno Chaffee Zoo is an awesome place to take the kids and have a relaxing day. There are many animals here to see and you can even put your hands in the water to pet the sharks and stingrays. They also have an area for the kids to get wet and cool down. It is very big so if you want to try and see everything you need to get there early. I definitely would recommend the Fresno Zoo to others.

This is such a great zoo! It is very affordable, the animals are easily visible, there is a lot of shade- except the African area very sunny don't forget your hat- the petting zoo and sting ray bay were so fun for the kids. We loved it! Unfortunately we didn't have time to see everything but we'll be back!

Beautiful place! Great exhibits! Good Pricing on food and drinks. Souviner at the gift shop are cool.

The new exhibits are AMAZING! the layout of the zoo though, makes ABSOLUTELY NO sense! You have to backtrack a few times just to see all the animals. Other than that, everything was great! Good family funday! Just remember to take cash because most of the attractions inside the zoo, are cash only.

Friendly staff! They'll always treat you with respect and will help you to the best of their ability . 10/10. Strongly suggest going and checking out the animals when you get the chance, they're cute & are well taken care of.

We enjoyed the Chaffe Fresno Zoo lights. Everyone who we saw thst worked there wete so pleasant. Cannot wait to see it next yr.

We really enjoyed our visit! You could feed giraffes and they had tons of different animals to see! We walked around the zoo in roughly 3 hours.

Our first time here and we loved it. There was so much to see and do. I think my favorite was feeding the Giraffes.

Love this place, if you live in Fresno I highly recommend the year pass! Fun for the whole family and their new African adventure exhibit is amazing. Food is great too.

Fantastic zoo! I took my son for his first birthday and he had a BLAST. Fairly priced for everything. There was a 5 dollar parking fee which is a little irritating when you already pay to get into the zoo. Food inside was decently priced and was really good. We paid to feed the giraffes which was soooo cool getting to see them up close, and nice to know the funds raised by feeding them goes to valley children's. Great place to spend the day with family. Would defintaly go early there is A LOT to see.

It was a good experience, It would be five stars but with covid and renovations several areas and exhibits are currently closed. Overal good family outing spot and reasonably priced.

Loved, loved it Soo many changes since I had been there last about 10+ years love all the renovations was pleasantly surprised

FUN FAMILY EXPERIENCE.. WE ENJOYED THE BIRD SHOW TOO

Had my wedding yesterday 10/20/2018 the turn out was a blessing

Came from out of town on the way to Yosemite. Thankfully arrived before the pay booth was opened but definitely would NOT have paid $5 for what they have. No dogs there and no dog pick up bags. They did have a water fountain.

all the recent updates make it a fun family friendly environment.

Very shady area of the park ...however...low brick wall towards busy area and not so clean neighborhood with drugs and transients

Lots of things to see. The new African Safari exhibit is great!

I feel sorry for the Indian elephants they look sad and sick give them more room.

The place is beautiful, every area has its own topic, you can feel at the beach with the sea lions or you can go so far away to Africa Adventure. So nice!

Very nice zoo and had places to rest and food to eat.

We love the new part of the zoo it looks beautiful. The rest of the zoo needs work but not the atmosphere but the animals they look so depressed and bored really feel bad for the animals

I love the zoo. It is my happy place. The zoo has expanded their exhibits making them more real like and animal friendly.

Field Trip, kids had a great time, our guides were amazing! Love the zoo can't wait to come back :)

This place was amazing! My boyfriend and I drove two hours just to see the zoo. It was well worth every penny! We got to touch stingrays and feed giraffes. All of the exhibits where great! The sea lion cove was up close and personal. All of the staff were friendly and the animals were too. Overall the place was wonderful.
