Terrible company. Paid for van insurance outright and the money leaves my bank. 3 months later I get a letter from the police saying I have no insurance! They d cancelled my insurance in the first week without letting me know and without giving me a refund. When I finally got through to their poor phone line they said they would refund me next week but why not refund me straight away 3 months ago? At least that way I d have known I wasn t insured. Can t see me getting the money back and will have take further action. Pay the extra and get insured by a proper insurer

Worst of the worst. Tried several times over the weeks to email. No reply. Called the company 20-30 times for weeks and weeks. Call is put on hold and NEVER answered. They wouldn't let me cancel within 14 days, I was even willing to pay a cancellation fee. Just after a month I received a text not an email. That said my insurance is cancelled. I tried to call and emailed to complain and demand my money back. I said I am going to pursue it further with Action Fraud. With no mention, a small amount of the cost of the policy was returned to the account and that was it. They basically waited until after the 14 days where I could have received the amount back and then told me it was cancelled. They wouldn't have given me any of the money back if I hadn't complained and mentioned Action Fraud in the email. They were going to take the money and run. Don't use this insurer and tell everyone you know to stay well away. I am going to discuss this next week with Action Fraud and even approach national papers to say something about this so called company. I want them CLOSED DOWN. This has to stop.

Terrible service. Promised proof of no claims, but never arrived meaning my new policy was cancelled...do not use this broker!
The FCA/Insurance ombudsman should fine heavily and withdraw their licence to operate.

I have been trying to contact your van insurance department since mid February and I have still not spoken to anyone. I have been on hold pretty much all day everyday. When someone finally answers the phone you hang straight up. It it absolutely ridiculous.

If there was an option for 0 start then this company would be getting it.

Absolutely shambolic. We've reported them to the financial ombudsman.

Stay well clear, long wait times resolving their issues, usually cut off when eventually get through. Absolute waste of time.

After 10 years of careful driving without any issue, I decided to have an insurance with Autosaint with the blackbox. They cancelled my policy after just 2 months because their blackbox stated that I exceeded the speed limit once. This is clearly a way to cash hundreds of pounds of cancellation expenses that they retain. I confirm the other bad reviews as this company just aim to squeeze money in any possible way easily and without excessive commitment. Fortunately I already found other companies with even lower prices on their quote for me, I was been very stupid to choose this one, attracted by their misleading pricing offer.

got insurance over the internet they took 1st payment straight away have not heard anything from them since they wont answer the phone or emails i cant tax my vehicle without insurance certificate which i cannot get from this company absolutely discussed with them.
