The service at this place has very good quality. I liked to talk to Daniel Lee whenever I came for car maintenance. He's very kind, caring and professional. He always explained problems and trade knowledge to me clearly and in details. He can speak Mandarin which gave me great benefit as sometimes I had difficulty to express or understand those car issues.

This is my second CX-5 at this dealership. Been coming here for services for the past 6 years. Always call and ask for Daniel when booking a service appointment. He's really good at explaining to me how much and how long it will take over the phone. Excellent service!
I bought my last 2 Mazda from this branch: a Mazda3 sport and a Mazda CX-5., and have used their maintenance services for over a decade. every time I was take back my car with satisfaction and happiness . They have very good staffs and experts , specially Mr. Daniel Lee at front desk, he is always very polite and patient, know what I needed, give useful advise and make sure services done in time. He is one of the best customer service staff I ever met , because he treat every customer like a good friend. I will be continue using there service and highly recommend them to every Mazda car owner.

When I decided to upgrade my 2006 Chevy Cobalt I set an appointment up with Troy Fyke to look at a 2017 CX-5. Troy was personable, informative and very fair with negotiations. He was able to give me a reasonable trade in offer for my Cobalt and a decent deal on the CX-5 as well. When I noticed a little bit water in my trunk after bringing it home (turned out to be an old grommet that needed replacing), he got it into the shop quickly and provided me a courtesy car to use for the weekend at no cost. I've had my CX-5 for a couple of months now and I've got to say that it is one of my favourite places to be, it's fun to drive, safe, has loads of space and a sleek design which is what I was looking for! Overall my experience at Metrotown Mazda and with Troy specifically was great and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your vehicle!
I just bought a nice used CX-5 2018 from Albert Kwong. He was enormously knowledgeable, patient and helpful in finding the right car for me. I would definitely say it's the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I have always admired the quality of Mazda cars, but this experience is just the cherry on top. I couldn't have been happier!
We are in love with our car! Raymond was amazing during the entire process and was very patient with our decision making. We are glad to have been referred to see Raymond for our 1st car in Canada. The entire process was made very clear to us from the beginning, we did not feel rushed. Raymond was very patient with all our questions and tried his best to answer them. I took my car in to repair a door lock and check a warning light on dashboard, left with the door panels and trim loose and broken, and a broken headlight that worked before. "It must have burnt out while you were driving it in"...Really? Shady quoting, over budget, badly done "repairs" that damaged the car, and null client service. Update: had a frustrating call with the operations manager, who spent 40 minutes trying to convince me that an expensive part that works and that they wanted replaced "must have had a loose wire that welded itself back on" , without addressing the main issue, the broken panels they left after a botched door handle repair. Also, he denied that the repair for the repair would be done at no charge. I am changing "null client service" to "abismal" , and placing formal complaints about this.
Today, I purchased a vehicle from Debbie Huang. She was super helpful from the very beginning. She made my car shopping experience so easy and smooth. Whenever I asked her questions, she answered me quick via text message and over the phone. I highly recommend seeing Debbie for anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. She is professional and will do her absolute best.
Daniel in Service was great to deal with. Daniel was professional and friendly. Had to change my appointment time last minute and they were accommodating to fit me in and perform the service quickly. Definitely will be back for my next service.
