I took my car in to repair a door lock and check a warning light on dashboard, left with the door panels and trim loose and broken, and a broken headlight that worked before. "It must have burnt out while you were driving it in"...Really?
Shady quoting, over budget, badly done "repairs" that damaged the car, and null client service.
Update: had a frustrating call with the operations manager, who spent 40 minutes trying to convince me that an expensive part that works and that they wanted replaced "must have had a loose wire that welded itself back on" , without addressing the main issue, the broken panels they left after a botched door handle repair. Also, he denied that the repair for the repair would be done at no charge. I am changing "null client service" to "abismal" , and placing formal complaints about this.
