I needed a Control Techniques M702-32 replacement drive for a piece of equipment, fast. Production was down and we needed a quick response.
Steve Parton provided fantastic support. The unit I requested was not immediately available. In fact, it was going to take 8 weeks to get the part. Steve gave me several options. CMC had one in stock for one of the options. I went back to my machine builder (OEM) and asked if the unit would work. (yes it would). I ordered the part and it was delivered as promised. Steve followed up to make sure everything worked. It did and I couldn't be happier.
