I have used Patrick Cunningham and Free Rate Update since 2015. They are by far my most cost effective means of marketing. The leads are super high quality and the live transfers are fantastic sales opportunities. The service is great. They are very receptive to my input and responsive on the rare occasions that there is ever a problem. The fact that you don't have to have a ton of money to start and you are able to choose when you receive leads makes it the best option in the space!
