Wow, 1st my insurance went up about 20.00. I called, the girl said, we had a company increase., ok. 2nd. I had to pay this month on a credit card, usually it come directly out of my bank account. I paid a day before it was drafted. 3 days later, I get a text saying, my payment was rejected, that's why I knew I had to pay by credit card this month. I called, the girl said, it is set up to draft, we need 10 days to stop it. Sometimes you might not always have the money at the time, so you have to pay with other methods. 3rd. I wanted a refund for the return charge that the bank will charge. She said, we don't refund bank charges and was firm. I said, if I don't get a refund from them because of the bank charge, I will look for some other company. It didn't seem to affect her. I said, it would be a shame to lose a customer over 25.00 or so. 4th, is this company increase increasing because just maybe we are all paying for his house Christmas lights???

We have had Fred Loya for the past seven years. We went to add a vehicle that we purchase. It took 2.5 hours to insure our vehicle. It took longer in the insurance company then dealership and bank. The office closed at 2 pm, and I was still there. I saw customers leave. It was a horrible experience. On Sept.15

Poor excuse for an insurance company. They might accept liability but will drag their feet through the claims process and ultimately you will pay for it in the end. After a month of no resolution and my car just sitting in a shop waiting on them and collecting fees for storage, I got my insurance involved who handled it in a professional manner. Fred Loya will do anything to get out of paying. If you get in an accident with someone carrying this less-than cut rate insurance - make sure to get your insurance involved or you might end up in my situation..

Mister Loya...I encourage you to look up the word integrity - as you mention on your website that success is not only measured by profits but by integrity as well. This is misleading as you are anything but moral and ethical. But thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson about who you really are and what your company stands for.

Fred loya is very unprofessional ! Even their very own coorperate office,they cancelled my insurance because their website was DOWN (mind you all i have screenshots of their website being down)i explained to them that i wasnt able to make phone or walk in payment because i was out of the country and my parents who were on my policy werent able too because my mother had been ill at the drs who suffers (from tumors in her nasal area ) and vertigo. They told me i had to restart my whole process because according to them other payments from other places had gone through, this is very UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONVENIENT i am a CONCERNED customer trying make a payment which you guys didnt make ACCESSIBLE AT ALL and all they did is pretty much repeat that they had other payment methods when CLEARLY i had just explained to them my situation, and most of all it was something on THEIR behalf! I understand they have different payment methods but at the momment i had to do what was convenient and it back fired due to them, now i have to bring my sick mother from out of bed so that shes able to restart the whole process when its something they shouldve fixed on their side. I am not asking for sympathy all im saying is im a paying customer whose bringing up a concern for their business and i am treated like a child They need to assits their paying customers a whole lot better and have beyond more professionalism because those are 2 main things this company lacks.

My car was hit by a Fred Loya client on 4-27-2018 and I have still not received my check to fix my car. I asked Carolina Villalobos, the Claim Representative, about sending my check to me in a fashion that will allow it to have a tracking number but I keep being told no despite them having a hard time sending me my money. What's funny is that I received an initial letter from them right after the accident. That letter had no problem coming to my house but the check is having a problem coming to me. Something isn't right.
