Wow, 1st my insurance went up about 20.00. I called, the girl said, we had a company increase., ok. 2nd. I had to pay this month on a credit card, usually it come directly out of my bank account. I paid a day before it was drafted. 3 days later, I get a text saying, my payment was rejected, that's why I knew I had to pay by credit card this month. I called, the girl said, it is set up to draft, we need 10 days to stop it. Sometimes you might not always have the money at the time, so you have to pay with other methods. 3rd. I wanted a refund for the return charge that the bank will charge. She said, we don't refund bank charges and was firm.
