Frazier is cutting edge in their line of work. The staff the techs, the service all five stars. I've dealt with then for a few years now and it could be something as small as a loose screw and they have always squeezed me in to make sure our vehicles stay up and running.

We purchased our first ambulance there as we have had problems with several other manufacturers. Frazer builds quality and simple ambulances compared to other companies. Every wire is labeled with custom printing and the air conditioning is the best I've seen. The box is solid and we have been on the roof of ours for antenna replacement and the box is solid on the roof. Our other units from a different manufacturers are soft and bend as you are on the top. Great quality unit that drives great too. We are very happy with everything on our unit. They had great customer service and when we took the tour we were very pleased with their facilities and workers. We ordered extra parts while we were there and they arrived fast. Great service. Highly recommended.

Frazer builds the best ambulances of all the brands I've had experience with. My experience with ambulances may not be as comprehensive as others though. My first experiences with Frazer began 4 years after I began serving the public via 911 EMS in 1990. I'd recommend no other after having driven, helped maintain and worked in the box on patients. Frazer staff have always accommodated requests for tours of the shop/fab areas and have been pleasant to deal with. This is from a customer's perspective.
In regards to negative comments from one who identifies as an "EX" employee, you have to question the validity of the complaints and underlying reasons as to why the employee is an "ex".
Having been around the fire/rescue and ambulance transport business for 25 years, no company has been able to provide us a unit that withstands our arid desert environment and power needs. I recommend them.
