Quiet, clean and not crowded... a discreet hide away for those "times"... Front desk isn't the friendliest though. Now i know why "HARTS" lacks the "E" ( for enthusiasm). Scrimp on the smile while couples discreetly check-in.

At the counter, upon checking in, I asked the FD if they have Netflix, he checked and hand-over the key for the room that has it. But to my dismay, door lock jammed, and NO NETFLIX!

Accommodating staff. Room smells okay, it doesn't smell like smoke. Sheets are definitely not new..a bit worn out but they feel clean. Decent enough for travellers.
They need to understand policies and have to train their staff from the lowest position to the highest ranking manager.
a very nice place to stay. they even have rooms with bath tubs for a very reasonable price. soak your stress away :)
