Company makes false promises, unilaterally postpones appointments without informing the client, and doesn't know when you will actually be using the product. 3 weeks became 6 weeks without any activation soon. No excuses whatsoever. The client is supposed to sollicitatie. KPN has a new client!

If I could give zero stars I would, this is by far the worst network I ever used. I basically pay for the service but never get it.

How they are working is absolutely insane. Submit contract tekeover request mid February 2021. Got an email from them that it is to be processed in 10 days. Today i 6th of April and it has still not been processed.
Called multiple times to their useless support. The only thing i got from them "we are working on it".

Its dreadful service and disgusting attitude to clients
