Couldn't believe a room with an opening window in it! Wow
THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT TO FRASER SUITES. HAD A LOVELY COCKTAIL AT THE BAR AND THEN A FABULOUS MEAL AT HEIRLOOM. COULDNT FAULT ANYTHING ON BOTH VISITS THERE.
It s really expensive to park around the city so would recommend to stay in nearby suburbs instead of the city. The room is okay, but nothing surprisingly great.
My husband and I walked in dressed to the nines on a Friday night and I boldly asked for an upgrade - the staff were very kind and friendly and we were given a suite for a great price. Good location if you re going to watch a game at the OPTUS Stadium
Treated ourselves to 1 night here at the end of our trip as we got a good deal. It was a tuesday night so got upgraded to a suite also which was lovely surprise. Nice staff. Didn't use spa or pool facilities. Breakfast buffet in the morning was lovely with lots of variety of fresh tasty food. Location of hotel is good with bus stop outside and 30 min walk or $7 uber to elisabeth quay. Would stay again.
I sell dairy to the hotel and visit management regularly. Always friendly helpful staff
Bunch of inconsiderate pr!cks didn't say anything about COVID people being on the same floor. With two little girls staying in the room next door. Their response was that "you should have asked". Stay away people and tell your mates to stay away!
Conference rooms where very good and food was decent.
Very warm and functional hotel apartment, the night view is very beautiful, you can see the Swan Lake and the stadium. The large executive room can make food in the room and provide basic daily tableware. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, Victoria Park has a small island with kangaroos. The five female kangaroos are temporarily located on the island and can be reached on foot, but they need to be patiently searched and usually do not show up in the grass.
The hotel's dinner is also very special and can be tried. Red wine is a local specialty brand.
The bus at Exit 935 is free to take you to Kings Park to watch the sunset, very romantic. Friends who drive can buy daily necessities and food at the coels, which is a 6-minute drive away.
Its a nice hotel with indoor heated pool, spa and sauna. The only reason i gave 4 and not 5 stars is that windows were real dirty and it ruined the view, we are staying at this hotel this weekend and i hope windows are cleaner this time:)
Fantastic value for money. great night stay room was clean, only thing they could do with more parking!!
Stayed the night at the biggest room Fraser had to offer, customer service and the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way, the view from my room was just to die for especially with the sunset and waking up in the morning to a amazing view!! Only few small things did annoy me abit which were my hotel room didn t have any complementary water or snacks and especially paying top amount in cash money I was expecting those small things that mean the most to me. As well a few of the walls and doors haven t been cleaned properly by the cleaners which did make me wonder why especially as it s a top room. But other from that the price for the room was definitely worth it and super affordable, will still be coming here often but next time I hope those small things will be up to my standards.
I loved every minute of my 5 night stay at the modern and stylish Fraser Suites Perth. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the service desk staff were friendly and courteous.
A great and clean place with a good cafe with views.
Attended a work function here. Service and food were top notch. The facilities were also of a very high standard.
Really enjoy the $1 breakfast buffet while staying there, everything is worth it. But I wish the pool was jested.
Very nice rooms, nice staff, well priced. Close to everything in Perth.
We ran a small public breakfast event there. It was well organised and the catering was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful
Comfortable rooms, very spacious. Didn t try food & Bev on-site. No parking at hotel, but street parking available .
Great service fantastic rates for the quality and size of rooms
Lovely brand new apartments, comfortable, and clean. Friendly and helpful staffs as well.
Suitable for a family-run hotel, it is very comfortable and the traffic is also convenient. It is most suitable for self-driving lovers.
Good rooms, decent breakfast, not many cafes or dinner options nearby though
Work training conference. Good food, service and facilities. Would recommend.
Location of Frasier suites is fairly close to the city, not too far to walk in and only a 5 min drive. We could park our car nearby for free and we're lucky to keep finding spaces to do so. Rooms were very spacious, and it was great having the second bedroom and bathroom for the kids as well as a lounge for them to play in. Everyone was lovely on check in. I really recommend staying here.
Fanastic suites that are fresh modern and awesome views
Nice rooms, good service, one of the best sleeps on the road I've had.
No material on how anything works, from phone to stove etc. Phone wasn't working so I had to ring the main booking office in USA to get someone from the desk to come up and help. I don't know much they paid for their 5 rating but it must have cost them heaps . I would rather stay in a Salvation Army doss house than ever stay at Fraser Suites ever again. Absolutely disgusted .
Overall experience away for the weekend was awesome! Highly recommend!
One place in Perth that always pleasure to stay, rooms are large, comfortable and clean!Including a great view of the swan river forshore.
I did an Audition in one of the smaller function rooms, and as I walked through the lobby to my audition, I was of the opinion that this hotel is 6 star.
Clean, beautiful, wonderful service, good reception, nice interior decoration.
Really lovely rooms some with great views. Fantastic staff.
My room didn't have a view of the bay however 8tb floor was quite nice. Restaurant food downstairs was brilliant.
Stayed here plenty and regularly use the conference facilities. Nice rooms. Beautiful views and staff are very helpful.
Very well priced (compared to the other places in Perth and WA) for very nice and recently decorated accommodation. Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to change rooms. Rooms features and layouts do vary. High rooms have wonderful a views all around of either the river on 2 sides, queen's gardens or the CBD.
Rooms are nice very modern. Booked for 1 big bed walked into the room and it had 2 single beds. Called and got it arranged for house keeping to change the bed.(took over an hour for thrm to come uo and change the bed).Exhaust wasn't working in the bathroom. Food and room service was great for a late night snack after a night out.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room is good. Well priced. They have a pillow menu which is kinda cool. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is great but the location is not so good. East Perth is dead, no bars, no life especially after 5pm. Bank on taking a cab into the city or up to Vic park for dining or into the city for entertainment
Tyical Uber fare 12 bucks to each location.
Having said that, the free bus is good and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a little pricey even for Perth but is adequate. The coffee shop is great and good for a grab and run.
Not so clear signage. Other than that, didn't use any other service
Great place for a wedding reception or a weekend stay service was outstanding and a great outdoor area ,will be definitely coming back thanks .
The standard of service has dropped since our first visits. The food is still great but I think Peter Evans needs to pull it back in to line.
Relaxed atmosphere, good place to go every now and then.
My 12yr Granddaughter picked it for her special week end stay and it covered everything she thought a stay could be.
Booked a night away originally but had to cancel 2 hours into our stay for a family emergency. Manager Jose went out of his way to give us another night s accommodation. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved the facilities, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend...
Beautiful property, stunning rooms and views, great cafe, bar etc. Stayed several times...
My wife and I went back to Fraser Suites after getting married a few weeks back, and we were delighted to find that not only were we granted our request to have a room facing the river, but we were upgraded to a larger room. The view was stunning, and the apartment was exquisite. We had the pleasure of ordering room service from the restaurant downstairs, and it was unbelievably quick considering it's top notch quality.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Fraser Suites Perth for making our wedding night and the days after a perfect and luxurious way to start our married life together.
Fraser suites Perth is my choice of accomodation when i am here for business. The service is always friendly and professional. The location is close enough to the CBD without being in the hustle. Lobby and bar provides a great place to breakout and enjoy an occaional beverage. The rooms are excellent especially the ones facing the WACA. They have above average gym and pool facilities as well. I have never tried the breakfast there though so that shall be on my to-do-list
Very clean, staff were very helpful
OMG, the bed, the wife and I had the best night sleep in ages , i wish we could have taken the bed home with us
We stayed at Frasers for a weekend away and were very disappointed. We booked an exec suite and were given room 213. It was a dark and dingy room with scuff marks and dirty hand prints on the walls. It looked NOTHING like the picture on the website and was terrible, dirty and very small. After speaking with the staff we were moved to a room on the 14th floor which was amazingly better and was still an exec room. I can't understand how the two rooms can be marketed as and charged at the same rate. While the room was much better and more in line with the pictures, the chair in the bathroom was rusted, the shower curtain needed changing and I've never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have a top sheet? This would have been a 1 star review had it not been for the lovely staff who provided an excellent service. I'm glad we booked this at 25% off and didn't pay full price but we won't be back.
Coffee and service excellent. A bit out of town but nice
Stains in room
No food after 10.
Only problem is I'm still here
I was fortunate enough to have stayed at Fraser Suites between April 2019 to March 2020 almost on a full-time basis for business reasons. Although I'm from QLD and was away from my friends and family, the AMAZING team at Fraser Suites always made me feel super welcome and became like a second family to me. This level of service, where you are seen as much more than just another guest, is becoming rarer and rarer so I take my hat off to the team here for creating such a welcoming and inclusive culture. I say with absolute conviction that this team has set the standard for which I'll benchmark future hotel stays whilst also being my preferred place to stay whenever I visit Perth.
Thank you so much for the memories, amazing hospitality and looking after my bikes when I was away :).
A nice venue for conferences but parking is hard to find it expensive in the streets around. The food provided was nice enough but I'm not sure how much it would have cost!
Cosy bar down stairs where we had pre drinks before family wedding.
A la carte menu in reception was outstanding, would happily go back for the steak cheek that fell apart on the plate yum.
Staff very professional but friendly we had a lot of fun.
Not the greatest place to go and staff not that friendly. Wouldn't choose to go there again.
Friendly staff
Rooms are very spacious and modern
Great views and good location
Reasonably priced compared to the other places I have stayed
Quality of the suite was high class and luxurious! They were also accommodating with specific dietary requirements when ordering room service meals. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again!
great service. beautiful rooms. clean and spacious. good views of swan river at higher floors
Pretty cool night tonight ill be back again for the next event
I would have given more stars but when you are forced to pay an extra $30 for street parking on top of the room price its a bit poor. The suite was very nice everything you could need or want was provided.
Nice hotel with good large rooms. My shower had no hot water. I informed the staff on day one but nothing was done to resolve it during my stay. They seemed uninterested with the issue at check out. When we asked if breakfast or parking was included the response was always 'It is free, we just charge your company'
Attended a professional seminar and the fraser staff were very accommodating and the venue was very presentable with great services
