Overall stay at frasers suits was good, we were greeted with the most wonderful receptionists Robyn and Erin which helped us check in and out with a breeze! The overall hotel is good but the receptionist made the experience one to remember!

Great accommodation that is let down by poor service. The rooms are a great size and if you get a river view, that s a bonus. The poor service started at check in with my room not available at 4pm on a Thursday !!! The attempt to retrieve the situation was poor especially knowing the booking was part of our teams conference booking for 2 days. The majority of the breakfast and bar staff could learn how to smile, it s called hospitality, if you don t enjoy your job, find a new career. The bar food snack service is slow and it certainly was not a one off scenario. Credit must be given to Charlotte who was the best who looked after our conference room on day one. If you want modern accommodation and good size rooms, great just don t expect service to match.

Rooms are incredible. But service is average. Parking is a massive issue, it s annoying that we re suppose to be on a holiday and we have to wake up early to walk down the street and pay for car parking when the meter comes active again, because there s no parking available in the hotel.

My parents stayed in March 2019. Unfortunately while the room was nicely appointed the disabled bathroom was not fit for purpose with extremely slippery tiles and shower curtains that did not contain the water. The access was good for a wheelchair although the door to the apartment was not able to be latched back while entering or exiting. the bed was comfortable.

I stayed at the Fraser Suites for two nights last ...

I stayed at the Fraser Suites for two nights last weekend. I have given management 3 days to respond to the feedback provided in my guest survey and I am yet to receive any acknowledgement, perhaps an open letter will provoke a response.
Dear Fraser Suites Management,
To say that I was appauled at the state of the cleanliness of my room is an understatement. I arrived late at night off a flight fron the East Coast to check into a room that was full of someone elses hair. There was hair on my towels, in my bed and all over the floor. I am a fairly understanding traveller as I fly around the country for work on a weekly basis, so needless to say while I wasn't happy about this discovery, I was not entirely surprised. The tipping point however was when I found a tumbleweed of hair under the desk I was working at by my feet. It was as if someone with incredibly long dark hair had pull the contents out of there hair brush and dropped it on the floor and the hotel staff had neglected to vacuum it up (which didn't suprise me, as the floor did not look like it had been vacuumed at all).
I notified the reception staff in the morning and asked that housekeeping come through my room and clean it thoroughly while I was at work. I returned back to a room that had clearly been vacuumed (as the floor was definitely cleaner than it was) however the tumbleweed was still quite happily sitting under my desk. I went downstairs again to notify reception. I had to then go back upstairs to wait for housekeeping to come and vacuum the room. The housekeeping supervisor arrived, I pointed out the issue to which she said 'I did not see that this morning'. I was shocked and seriously left questioning how clean the rooms in this hotel could possibly be if she missed that.
Needless to say come the next day I was incredibly happy to leave your 5 star hotel to return to my circa 1980's 3x3 9m2 donga in the middle of the Pilbera, red dirt stained, shower curtain and all because I can safely say that I know it is clean. Funnily enough, there I have NEVER found another persons hair in my room, on my towels or in my bed, so I have no doubt that if a 2 star mining camp can achieve that a 5 star hotel can too. You can be rest assured though, I won't be back to find out.
Kind Regards,
Raquel
P.S. I also did not much appreciate being charged for items from the mini-bar that I did not consume, which I only became aware of once my boss received the invoice after her card had been charged, but this pales in comparison to hair-gate.

Stayed on the 19th floor for 3 nights, what a view over Perth. Really lovely accommodation, ultra friendly staff and fairly close to all the city centre attractions you'd want to see. Bus stop outside so no need for taxis as the buses are regular and free into the city. Used the pool and hot tub which are indoors and towels provided at the pool. Looked into the gym too which was very well equipped.

My husband took me for my birthday. Rooms were lovely. The bathroom was quite odd though. It was massive and didn't keep in theme with the beautiful apartment. Breakfast was out of this world. Pool and spa were great. Enjoyed a drink I the lobby bar. Was lovely.

Fraser suites was by far the best place I've stayed in recently, and I Tour australia at least once a month. On arrival my room was upgraded free of charge, upon heading up to my room I happily discovered a beautiful spacious room with seperate dining/living area, and spectacular view of the WACA and nearby parks. I could not fault it. Also having a lobby bar downstairs was great! The Heirloom restaurant was great as was the room service, dishes were unique and full of flavour and character, house keeping also well on top of their game, I only needed to push one button before someone was at my door within 10 minutes ready to clean and service my room. Front doors weren't locked after a certain time which I liked, it allowed me to have guests a lot easier, there was staff on site 24 hours a day ready to help. Cannot fault Fraser suites! I'll be back in May 100%!!

I wanted to have a relaxing weekend in Perth so I looked for a place not too expensive with jacuzzi, sauna, gym and indoor pool. Fraser Suite came on top of my list regarding value. I was very pleased with the quality of the service, the spacious room. I booked a one bedroom executive appartement which has living room, dinning table, two TVs and microwave.
There is also a good reastaurant, bar and room service. Bali SPA is just next door but I didn't try it. There is a convenience store just a few meters away if you want to buy groceries and the suites are within walking distance to the river and next to the WACA stadium.
I would give five stars for the quality/value but the room was a bit noisy due to proximity to the highway. I was on the second floor so it may be better to choose a room in the upper floors. It was also a bit disappointing that the restaurant is closed for lunch but the bar offer pasta and other lite bites. There also other restaurants within walking distance open for lunch.

Great hotel!! Will stay again if we are there.
The one bedroom was well equipped (with dish washer, washing machine, and dryer, even a bath tub and balcony) with lots of space. My 2yo toddler loved the space.
They also had a well equipped gym and a lap pool.
The not so goods: there was no coffee machine in the room, the air conditioning was not working very well and they had issues resolving it.
Parking is not the most convenient. there is limited paid parking, but also available limited public parking on the adjacent roads ( free after 6pm, and on weekends).

Stayed here over the weekend. What a quality hotel. The consierge was helpful and informative. There was a swimming pool, hot tub and a dry sauna available for guests to use. Also a good gym. Everything was very clean and housekeeping was on point.
The only inconvenient thing was that we did a booking online and when we got into the room there wasn't a bathtub(that's why we chose this hotel.. I really craved a bath and the booking said there would be one) My partner went and asked if we could change rooms and they said we were in luck and got our room changed. So keep in mind to ask for a room with a bath if you so desire.

The staff were very professional and helped wherever they could. It is walking distance to the city centre shopping precinct as well. Very well kept rooms and the hotel in general is very good, clean and has all the usual conveniences available. Great place to stay whether overnight or longer.

Beautiful hotel but did not get help with bags which suprised me as staying for work and using conference facilities.

Room very modern and sleek with amazing seperate bath that had rainfall tap and great tea and coffee facilities. Enjoyed pool and sauna facilities in the morning.

Conference staff exceptional help in providing stunning roses and with accommodating dietary requirements of the group.

Menu by Pete Evans is innovative and creative with great food offering matched with wines, keeping food always interesting. Would definitely stay here again and hope they can fix the little personal touches.

Friendly and helpful staff! The food is good but takes a while to get to you. I also was served a warm beer which wasn't great. Gym and pool is pretty good but the pool could do with a decent clean. Great view of the WACA from my room.

Shower didnt work in room. Told staff and got "downgraded" to worse room. shower didnt get hot. Staff were incredibly rude, bordering on hostile. Said they "didnt care - too bad" about room and shower. Hotel looks fancy, but everything is overpriced and poorly run by rude people.

This hotel is close to downtown within the free bus zone. The staff are very nice, the rooms are big and very clean.

The rooms are good for woring in and the suites are huge with everything you could want including a washer and dryer.

Rates are reasonable, public transport on the street, quick ride to the warf area which is a must see.

The service from the get go was amazing. Caring staff looking after your every need. Asked what was good to do around the area and was given some great ideas and locations to look at. The hotel is very nice on the eyes and when entering my room on the 12th level facing the river it was an amazing view. The buffet breakfast was a dream come true, all food was prepared fresh and tasted delicous! All facilities and amenities were 5 star and will be coming back in the future soon.

Very friendly staff, however I was let down by everything else. I stayed in a Studio. The first thing that put me off was the smell in the room - stale. I had to buy a frangrant diffuser to try to help. The decor and furniture is in an old, worn state, everything feels dirty. The overall cleanliness didn't make me feel comfortable, I used a whole packet of antibacterial wipes to go over everything. I ordered room service for dinner, food was average but took over an hour for a rice dish and steamed broccoli. Overall I am just disappointed because the accomodation is represented so nicely online and is not the case. I think it just needs a big renovation.
