Very dirty place, i went inside the room and found nails on the floor and they assume that they clean the room for 3 hrs because of the COVID situation.

Cleaning is excellent. Many thanks to Berat from the reception for his interest and assistance.

The hotel is very nice, the cleaning service is wonderful, the reception is very helpful, and the maintenance is quick. They have a supermarket, some restaurants also have a Playstation, the hotel is close to everything.

The hotel is on the upper floors of the two towers from the 45th floor and above.
It gives a beautiful view of the Bosphorus or the city.

The best place to stay in Istanbul...amazing view of the city...the apartment spotless..the stuff from front desk to security and even the housekeepers were the most polite and friendly people you could meet..I got there early and even though the check in time was at 3pm it wasnt a problem...ADEM, the front office manager made sure the check in went smoothly, he even came all the to show me the room and arrange a phone charger for me(as I forgot mine) overall if you looking to stay in the best place and friendly stuff this is the place....I would like to say a big thank you to ADEM and all his stuff for making our stay as pleasant and relaxing it can be...

The complex is amazing, with two A and B towers. The hotel is in a beautiful B tower. The service is sweet and the Bosphorus view is good in case the weather is clear ... The furniture is excellent and all necessary items are available around you from a supermarket and restaurants.

This hotel is magnificent really.I stayed at Dubai and Bahrain but this one is perfect.Specially ms.Serap from reception very helpful and smiley.Thanks all stuff

During my stay I received a clean, comfortable and outstanding service. One of the few hotels that can be preferred in Istanbul. Thank you very much to Ali Bey, the friendly and friendly bellboy who helped us especially here.

Nice but british :) We can rent a regular monthly residence as a joke, and there are residences that you can rent as a hotel. The scenery is beautiful. The pool, the sauna, the massage, the fitnesi and some more social activities are available.

It was a good stay. I took a one bedroom apartment it was spacious, organized, clean, modern and has a good view.
The super market is next to the tower, also a pharmacy and burber shop. And there were many restaurants.
The Location was good.

The hotel was very stylish, especially since it was a hotel from the 38th floor up, the rest of us were residential

I ve stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was a great experience. Hotel is in a great location nearby remarkable spots in the city and they even offer free shuttle to central areas ! Rooms were so spacious and view was amazing. Staff were all so friendly they helped us with everything we needed especially Mr.Yigit was so helpful.

It is a very safe place in terms of Covid-19. All precautions taken, sterile. It is very good that the staff are friendly, they are careful about the epidemic and best of all is to start the new day with the fascinating Istanbul view :)

First of all, I like your hotel, your food is great, I will come again at the first opportunity.

It should not be a 5 stars hotel to be honest as bad smell in the bathroom all the time plus the bed and pillow are not good at all

Excellent and very well maintained property with many dining options at the doorstep. There is also a Carrefour which is a great help. Views from higher floors are superb! Lujen from the front desk was particularly helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond to fulfill every request
