Very good hotel, estive on the 50th floor and the views were incredible, service and rooms very good, it is a bit far from the big bazaar

Mostly friendly staff and generally a very good apart-hotel. Location is not bad, as you're quite a long walk away from the nearest Metro station. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the best Mirage employee is there

Great place to stay with vey professional and helpful staff like Ayden (driver) and Zahed at the reception.

Very poor service, felt like they want to get as much money as possible from customers.

Love this hotel. Love the swimming pool and the size of the rooms. All rooms are smoking rooms you just have to ask for an ashtray! Washing machines and robes and slippers are all provided. If you get a chance then go to the rooftop bar the views are stunning.

A nice view apartments hotel. Located in +40 floor. Quite 5 stars. Variety of Turkish dinning available downstairs

I highly recommend for family staying in Istanbul. Good location .friendly and supported staff.

Fraser apartments Anthill are so modern and clean with amazingly friendly staff! The apartments offer everything you will need with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Bed is super comfy and bathroom is modern and clean. daily maid service is also included.
Everything is well stocked and you will want for nothing. If you do, Carrefour is steps away as is a hair salon and restaurants. there is also taxi stand with taxis available all the time. Concierge is 24/7 an are more than happy to help with whatever you might need.
I can not rate this place high enough! Best place to stay! Loved it!

I believe the staff was perfectly trained. I will recommend this Hotel to others as the room has everything you need i.e. washing mashine dish washer and even microwave :)
I specially thanks one of the staff named Sercan Sezen, he was so helpful and has friendly manner.

Excellent, clean apartment, with a great view. To the center about 5 minutes by taxi.

The receptionist needed a smile, a complex elevator system suitable for the kids the restaurant was excellent and Eden was excellent

The best hotel especially Sister Sarah, Brother Mohammed and Brother Carto Dosh

The hotel is a little lacking comment. Residance and 7 star quality. Skyscraper ... happiness among the clouds

Great location, friendly and professional staff (Furgan at the front desk was exceptional)... The place is quiet.. access yo a lot of services downstairs (supermarket, drug store, hair dresser, cafe, restaurants)... A great starting location to attractions around the city, especially the European side... The interior is modern and practical...
And most of all... The view...just an amazing view of the waters and the city....
I highly recommend this place, especially for families....

We had an amazing stay at Fraser Place Anthill in Istanbul. The rooms were clean with fantastic views. The staff at reception were very helpful, particularly Fehmi Bey, he went out of his way to help us. The staff at the restaurant were always smiling, helpful and had great food and buffet.

Highly recommend this place to all families and others who are interested.

One of the best places I have lived in all of Turkey .. for several reasons:

1- Security guards
2- Taxi availability
3- Provides free transportation service for some tourist places
4- Very very elegant and spacious apartments
5- An excellent and varied breakfast
6- Indoor swimming pools
7- Games for young children
8- Playstation hall
9 - The presence of restaurants, Carrefour and a barber in the complex
10- Daily cleanliness of rooms
11- A wonderful view of Istanbul with the availability of 5 elevators
12- They help you if you need to order from an outside restaurant
13- Close to Jawaher Mall
14- An integrated kitchen
15- Very friendly staff and ready to serve

The advantages are many, and if I were to return to Istanbul, I would not live in any other hotel

Its location is distinguished and close to most tourist areas and it serves a free bus to Jeddah for free places where restaurants and Carrefour

The only place I visit every time I come to Istanbul

The front desk are the worst that I ve encountered in my 30 years of traveling; unfriendly and lazy. We have asked them about the gym and told us to go to tower A while the gym is located in the basement in between the 2 towers. The gym staff do not speak English at all and they do not care about the clients at all. The gym equipment are old and outdated. The touch screen do not work to change the operating language to English. The penthouse apartment is overpriced for the quality of the apartment. The wood flooring are worn out and not well maintained. There is swage smell coming out of the bathrooms. The apartment is advertised as 4 bedroom apartment and it is actually 3 bedrooms and have counted the maids room as the 4th. It was major disappointment.
The spa is managed by unprofessional staff and management. They only care about the money and not the quality of the services not the client satisfaction.
The 1 star is given for the amazing views from the Windows.

Excellent service, the staff is respectful, and there is a respectable Jane Nasr employee who helps to serve customers

The employees are always smiling and good people in terms of cleanliness, a very nice and comfortable place to stay.
