The apartments are clean at first sight but it seems that dirt is hidden in this hotel, invisible.

So that the reader knows that what happened to me has nothing to do with the evaluation except by deleting one star only, and I will explain to everyone the reason for giving me only two stars.

Firstly, the reason I live in this hotel is highly rated by Google and other accommodation booking sites such as bookings.

But unfortunately, I discovered recently after the Czech Out that the hotel urges you to high evaluation and asks you to do so and is trying to provide you with services to give him a high evaluation, which is what happened to me, and I got with me a long story with them, which need not be mentioned.

Three stars decreased from the rating due to:
1 - The site was not very good, but it was less than the evaluation that I got, and its distance from the places that the tourist needs, and your need for a taxi anywhere you will go to except the supermarket, I do not understand how to take a high evaluation on the site.
2- It is not worth the price, as I have visited Istanbul many times and there are better hotels and apartments with the same cleanliness and less price by a large difference.
3- I have encountered a bad hotel service, just as the service workers are waiting for you to give them baksheesh in a bad way, not as if you live in a respectable hotel, not everyone, 4 nights I ask them to put a second robe and some basic requests and they did not do that when cleaning the rooms in the morning.
4- Breakfast is much less than expected, poor breakfast, don't be surprised at the look.

In fact, the reception staff were good and cheerful, as were the breakfast staff.

As for what happened to me

After I finished showering the bathroom, I put on a bathrobe and was surprised that there was a cigarette lighter and cried smoke cigarettes in the robe pocket, what would you feel and your psyche if you knew that the robe is used and there are signs on it that it is not clean?

Nice view, but the room isn't 5 star. No enough info provided to park the car in the right parking lot. Moreover, after going to the parking couldn't go up to the room as their is a security gate and the provided key didn't work. I had to look for another person to open the door

The hotel is very safe and the staff are all very nice and nice. My reservation was a room with a view of the city. I had a room with views of the Bosphorus in the upper floors with a symbolic amount and the view was beautiful but the furniture was dilapidated and the bathroom cleanliness was not good. I got stains with the bathroom and patches of floor in the lounge. They needed more attention to cleaning and restoration. Refurbished furniture and a number of negatives allow animals to enter

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful and you will find happiness and comfort among them especially as Mr. has an Bayraktar

Room are good but place of the hotel is so quiet there is nothing around it except some restaurants and coffee that under the hotel
