Calm n peaceful place to stay. Excellent service. Helpful staff especially Mr fahmee. Do try the penthouse in 52 floor. Amazing view of town.

Picures were deceiving, apartment doesn t look like the picture, they advertise as 4 bedrooms apartment, however, it is 3 bedrooms the turn the maid room as a
bedroom. An oder was coming out of bathroom. We were paying 500, however, we were not getting our money worth. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Unfriendly staff, arrogant and in helpful. We had to wait 45 minutes to check out, after the check out you did not steal a glass. Definatly, I will come back again.

Admission to the hotel is very bad
Stop on the street and go down and go to a small elevator and then climb to the round zero because the street is in the third floor

SAFETY IN ACCESS TO LIFTES A card must be provided with you
You can not go to your role by card with you
Eating or breakfast is very modest

If you are arriving to Fraser by car, look for the garage G3 (see satellite image), so you wouldn't wandering.

The rooms were spacious spacious, the staff was friendly, the service was nice, the view from the room was great. I'm very satisfied with a hotel where you can stay without thinking.

The hotel is nice and its services are sweet but management is perfect

I have spent there 5 days with my wife and two kids. We were allocated at Tower B on 47th floor with excellent view to bay and part of the city, which by the way was upgraded at place for no charge. 2 bedrooms and living room with studio kitchen is very comfortable.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better. There are lots of sightseeing around on a walking distance.
Hotel personnel is kind and very helpful.
There is an indoor pool and game rooms too. Recommend it!

Spotless. I highly recommend especially if you have children and plan to stay long. You 'll find a grocery shop and a restaurant to have nice tiurkish breakfast very near to you.

My experience in living in this hotel was excellent. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel consists of two towers with very clean hotel apartments, a varied and delicious breakfast, friendly restaurant staff, a Carrefour supermarket, other shops, 24-hour security, a children's play area and special hotel parking. Thanks to the hotel staff which is located in the Shchly area of Istanbul.

Very beautiful and spacious, Carrefour is below the hotel, and the security system is very high.
For me, I see it as an ideal hotel for families, especially if they are accompanied by children, as the hotel also has a nice Clubhouse and a free station.
I note two things about the hotel:
The first: the small size of the lobby, and this does not mean a bad thing for me as long as the service is good.
