Came here with a little larger group of about 15 people on a Sunday. When we were seated there were no other people in the restaurant. After we ordered about 30 minutes went by and we had two from our group have to leave beacause the food wasn't out yet. Meanwhile everyone else around us were being served. About 15 minutes later the food finally arrived and a lot of it was cold. More than half of the meals were kids meals like hot dogs and burgers. There is no reason it should have taken this long to be served. Staff was friendly and that was why 2 stars.

We have never eaten here until our daughter's graduation 5/19/19 and I will say they were nice and accommodating for 20 people even with the Blues game that afternoon. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with open arms.

No different than anyother bar food. Disappointed with the bbq sandwich. Tasted like it was bought from a box store. My sweet tea was never refilled. Carne asada fries were worth the money. Wings were avg.

The food is great and we go here often. The low star rating is for the service and what appears to be management problems. A few servers are good but most hover around the server station sitting eating and ignoring the customers. What appears to be the manager watches the game and does nothing to cure the situation. Again we have been on many occasions 5 times in the past 3 weeks and it's always like this. It could be my favorite place if this was taken care of unfortunately we will have to find out the good servers name and only come back if he is there

An acquaintance suggested I try Frailey's because it was a nice place. I agree its a nice place. Its more of a family restaurant than a social bar. I was even discussing with my acquaintance why I wanted to go to places like this...to meet people. The social atmosphere. I was not impressed with the social atmosphere from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. I'm sure the social climate changes as the evening goes on, but it doesn't have the typical accouterments of the social atmosphere I enjoy: no bandstand, no pool tables, bar closed off from the majority of the dining areas, private dining arrangements.

Also the hostesses and servers were less than friendly. Jessica, the bartender was nice, but too busy to socialize. Even in the steam of chaos, the servers of my favorite places go out of their way to make me feel like the most important customer they ever had. I think Jessica did great though.

The girls at the door, and the support staff/support servers...ugh! The hostess just looked at me stunned for a couple of beats before I finally said "One please." They barely greeted me and both just kept looking at me like I had interrupted a critical conversation. I am sure they were also busy (KIDS EAT FREE TUES THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHTS), but I didn't expect to initiate the service.

Kids eat free is great...for people who have kids. I'm single. Looking for fun, friendship and romance. I didn't find it at Frailey's.

I think if you go to Frailey's for food, or quiet relaxation, you will be perfectly satisfied. But don't go during twilight to socialize, especially during the week. Its just too much like a fine restaurant.

Purely for their grilled wings, I will continue to be a rabid customer of theirs.

If they run the all-you-can-eat-wings deal when Monday Night Football rolls around, get there an hour before it starts or you'll be standing while you eat!

I wish I could give a review on the food, but I can't. We went in on a Sunday evening around 5:30 and we were immediately seated due to a seemingly not busy place at the moment. We sat for 10 minutes and no one ever arrived to take an order, give us water, etc. So we left, disappointed.

Food was nothing special, could have gotten it from Schnucks freezer section. The "waitress" named Casey was very unprofessional, not friendly at all, couldn't get the order right and honestly dumb. Would never recommend her or this place to anyone.

The food wasn't that great and the MUSIC..... oh my gosh... I wanted to stab myself in the ears with my knife! Ok, that's dramatic, I know; seriously though, the music they played was terrible. I forgot that I was in a SPORTS BAR!!

Nacho's and Chili are top notch, the rest is average but never poor. However the Server's are less than over reaching, Dave is great as well as one or two other servers but other than that it's pretty poor customer service but if your food is bad they fix it, if you need something they'll get it but no one is going out of their way to ask you how you are, that's for sure.

My family and I were passing through ST. Louis on our way to Chicago and a hotel staff member recommended this place. The staff at this restaurant are really nice and attentive. The food was good but not awesome. It's a good option if you're hungry and tired from a long day of travel. They have $5 burgers on Tuesday.

This is a place that will surprise you. The inside has a bar area and there are plenty TVs to watch. The dining area is a little run down...but this place has some of the best chicken wings around! I've eaten at a ton of places that claim they have good wings..Frailey's delivers on their promise. Our group had the grilled, jerk, trash, and original wings. My favorite was the junk wings with either blue cheese or ranch. Each dressing have the wing a unique taste. If you haven't tried the wings...you need to!

I always loved their food. I grew up next to Frailey s and had a couple friends who worked there. They got me a job there, and after working and seeing how absolutely disgusting the place is, I stopped working and eating there. I witnessed one of the waitresses take a fat piece of chicken from someone s sandwich with her BARE FINGERS and ate it, right before she walked out and handed it to the customer. They were also more worried about the food getting to their customers, than sanitation. I got yelled at for looking for gloves to make a salad, because I was wasting time. I refused to touch the salad with my bare hands and got YELLED at. So disappointed.

Our server was great, but we waited an HOUR for our food. People sitting next to us that were seated after us got their food, ate, and left before ours came out.The food was decent, not great not bad. I gave this place a 2nd chance after a few years ago in which we waited over an hour after being seated for our server to NEVER take our order. I don't think I'll be back. Great wings if you have the time though.
