Customer service was terrible. I will admit fault as our reservation was for four but at the last minute another friend wanted to go. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and asked if we could just pull another chair up to our table. The women in the black tank top did not bother to check if that would work for the pourer or consult with someone else before telling us no. She was willing to have our group take over 2 tables but not willing to just have one more person at our table. I wish the interaction with the woman was to say at the very least friendly but she was dry. We might have split the group and stayed to enjoy wine if she had any customer service at all. Needless to say we left. Blessing in disguise I suppose as we ended up visiting the next winery down the trail and had a good time there. I wouldn t be so inclined to leave this review if this was the only time someone in our group had gotten bad service from this location. Apparently this is the norm.

The Service: They have two tasting rooms. We love the little shack location. That tasting room is a little bit small but lots character. There is nice outdoor seating area. The other tasting room is newer and more modern. They also sell other retail items other than wines.

All the staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. They give great recommendation on choosing wines.

The Parking: private lot

Of my stops today, this was the best. Wine smart servers with personality. Beautiful views. Cool dogs. Thoughtful tasting. I m what I consider to be a needy wine amateur and this experience was perfect for my needs .. and plus it felt very COVID-conscious and safe. Shout out to Jessica for great service.

We love the staff and atmosphere at Foxen. Great efforts to provide a safe Covid19 tasting. Cici and Emily (but also all of the tasting staff are great), take time to explain the nuances of the specific varietals of the daily tasting. We look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful place for enjoying a roasting. Service great. Everyone is very friendly and glad to see you.
